The best service I have ever had at a mail service co. Karen W spent from beginning to end, about 3 hours with me. She was very professional and patient even tho they were very busy at times.

Ok just moved to North Dakota I had a po box at this store for over 2 years. I called and asked them to send my mail in my box to me overnight to North Dakota. They told me it would cost me $100.00. They cost on the ups website is $64.00 standard overnight. I called back and talked to the owner who told me he charges an extra $30.00 if they send the package because that's how he makes his money.Talked to two other ups stores in Billings after this that charge $2.50 to do the same thing . The owner of this store is a crook. I would go to any ups store in Billings other than this one.

Shout out to Maria!!Spent considerable time helping me return an item. So patient with my "less than stellar" phone skills!?.So sweet, professional and HELPFUL in properly taping up and adhering the label only to tell me I needed to take it to FEDEX because that was how it had to go back?.Thank you sweet, Maria! You are a gem!

Awful. I was shipping my wedding flowers to be preserved. I paid for overnight shipping. My flowers went missing and I didn't get any money back for them because the person who checked in the package did not ask me if I wanted insurance. Those flowers were extremely valuable both in monetary and sentimental value. I definitely would have gotten insurance if I was asked. This lady was a manager too and she did not ask me the value of the package or if I wanted insurance. Now I will no longer be able to have a flower keepsake of our special day. Extremely upset and think that that woman or should I say MANAGER should be fired.

Brad was super helpful and seemed to really really enjoy his job and helping me send out my package. I will never use fedex or usps to mail a parcel as long as brad works at this location.

Brad helped me out return an Amazon package. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Dressed well and polite, this UPS Store was a nice refreshing change from the “UPS Billings” store that is a rude mess.

Excellent customer service. Always friendly, makes you feel welcome, and willing to go the extra mile to help. The way businesses should be but unfortunately it seems like its lost art in customer service related jobs.

Unfortunately poor customer service. UPS lost a package (delivered to wrong address) and corporate told me to talk to the UPS store that shipped the package to raise the issue. Karen, the general manager of this store, told me she would look into it. She never did. I called back several months later and she admitted she never called UPS corporate and wasn’t going to call them. The insurance doesn’t mean squat, I was not compensated for my lost package. Double check that the address is correct! Incorrect addresses (that don’t even exist) do not get flagged! They will just deliver to a random address and then say they delivered successfully.

I found myself 2/3 through a cross-country move and suddenly without a car. With no rental cars or uhauls available, I was stumped. Karen was so amazing in helping me determine how to efficiently get my goods home for the final stretch of the journey. Freight shipping was going to be more than anticipated, but Karen found a way to pack things via ground and stay in budget. Thank you so much! Happy to report everything arrived in tact.

I left my laptop at the roadway inn nearby while driving across the country. They went out of their way to get the laptop back from the inn, pack it and ship it to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience!
