I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store! I will seriously drive across town past other shipping places just to use this store. Every time I go there, every employee I deal with is courteous and helpful and just nice people. No matter what I need, what type of box, what type of label, what type of tape I forgot I’m always met with a smile and a “No problem”. For a small business owner like me that is invaluable. 10 out of 10 would recommend them for your shipping needs!

The Odd Fellows Star Lodge 41 worked with Luke at UPS 2549, on 24th and Grand Avenue and they were the most gracious, helpful, professional and kind people, helping our nonprofit and we are deeply grateful for their business and community values.

I absolutely love this UPS Store! It’s my go-to spot for all my copying, mailing, and Amazon returns. The service is always fast, efficient, and super friendly. A special shout-out to Paisley—she was so helpful and kind, and made my visit a breeze. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely taken care of, but this store delivers every time. Highly recommend!
