I'm so thankful for the staff at this post office. On several occasions they have went out of their way to help me. I would like to give a special shout out to Kevin, George, Dana, Mary, and Tracy. I am at this location almost every day and these employees keep me coming back. I really really appreciate you all and I cannot say thank you enough for all you do!!!

2 day delivery has been 11 days can not get ahold of an actual human. Have spent hours on hold and following AI prompts. Strongly recommend using any other mailing service.

Each person here is so helpful. Both of the gentleman and female here are all so helpful. I'd highly recommend this place. They were able to help me track down this package and get some help in regards to a delivery issue.

Spent 30 goddamn minutes on the phone with a stupid ass robot and then they wouldn’t let me speak to a representative and they just hung up the phone. I hate this place so much.

Can't even check post boxes at night or weekends because the doors are locked. I thought the doors were open 24hrs for the PO boxes. Had my mail held and tried to do a change of address and they wanted ids for all members it's my elderly mother and myself she doesn't have a Id. Paid for PO box on line went in to get keys and number and the guy working the counter was rude I said fine just refund my money then cuz I already paid for it on line. Now my mail is being unhekd the date is over but canmm it won't let me verify my identity on line. Not happy. Very Rude customer service

Exceptionally rude staff when I stopped in right before closing. Wish other post offices were open until after 5 so customers getting off work at 5 and getting there at 5:29 aren't treated like scum. People need to treat others like they would like to be treated in return. It's known as the golden rule of anyone has ever heard of that

Good parking, wheel-chair accessible both inside and outside Employees are helpful as well. I generally don’t have to wait in line any more than 5 minutes.

I moved into a brand new apartment complex which did not yet have mailboxes set-up. Knowing when and where our mail was going to arrive was always a guess which made things difficult. After months of eagerly waiting for more insight on when we could expect our keys I had the pleasure of running into Greg who was able to provide me with the answers to my many questions. Overall he was incredibly kind and professional. What originally began as a 3 month process of getting my mail keys ended up with meeting Greg and having keys in my hands in less than 15 minutes.Rather than focusing on the frustration of the whole process I would like to take the time to commemorate the USPS Team for going above and beyond by always being kind, professional, and eager to answer your questions even in difficult scenarios.Thank you USPS Team, especially you Greg!
