I moved into a brand new apartment complex which did not yet have mailboxes set-up. Knowing when and where our mail was going to arrive was always a guess which made things difficult. After months of eagerly waiting for more insight on when we could expect our keys I had the pleasure of running into Greg who was able to provide me with the answers to my many questions. Overall he was incredibly kind and professional. What originally began as a 3 month process of getting my mail keys ended up with meeting Greg and having keys in my hands in less than 15 minutes.Rather than focusing on the frustration of the whole process I would like to take the time to commemorate the USPS Team for going above and beyond by always being kind, professional, and eager to answer your questions even in difficult scenarios.Thank you USPS Team, especially you Greg!

The post office locked on the weekends? How do we check our post office boxes and use the self service postage spot? What is doing on?

When it was my turn in line, Kevin just stood and glared at me. Didn't say "I can help you here" or anything, just stared at me until I walked over to him. Then he still didn't greet me or ask how he could help, just kept staring at me until I spoke. Is this what customer service has turned into? Very rude.

Kevin was a great help, he was quick to notice me waiting and made sure everything was filled out properly!

Some how they lost my package that was worth over $100. Claimed there is not way to track the package and no proof it was ever dropped off at their facility...

Had an important file I needed by Sunday. Was not delivered but a notice was left with todays date for pickup. Went in person to try to resolve this issue and was told I'd need to come in today. The woman I was talking to said there was a chance that it would arrive by close of business Friday, but that she personally would wait until today to come in. They're closed. Now I'm in a very bad position because of the lack of effort and blatant incompetence of a dishonest representative

Automated answering is more than ridiculous. Too bad the program does have feelings because I vented without results. The menu options did not include my issue of being able to open the rusted parcel locker.

3 packages not delivered. Each date I was home waiting.First lie - Held at Post Office at Customer request.I did not request that!!!!Second lie - Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. No snow, driveway was clear and only thing on my front porch is a small lawn decoration.Funny, cuz FedEx delivered the same day.Third lie and first note left left in my mailbox - Held at Post Office Customer request. Vacant note: Box full, pick up mail at post office.Again I did not request for my order to be held and my mailbox was empty beside the note that was left.Really did not want to give a star.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Lazy is probably the best way to describe the mail carrier who services my area. I live in an apartment complex. They have access to the building but refuse to deliver packages to the doors. Then I get to spend hours trying to figure out where my package is. Or, they just straight up leave packages in the mailbox room (which isn't locked and anyone has access to and is the main entranceto the building. This happens all the time and to multiple tenants in this building. We have addressed this issue with our landlords and they have informed us that if the usps doesn't have a key, then they always have a code. You have one job...and that isn't even done right.

My boyfriend has gone in to let them know I keep receiving mail that is not mine 3 times now. They have not changed it. Also they leave keys for boxes that are broken so I have not been able to receive my mail at my apartment complex.

Filled out paperwork to have mail held from June 10-28.Our mail lady ignored it and delivered our mail. Good thing my granddaughter happened to check!! New vehicle plates and other mail with personal information on it were left. If we gave identity theft, can we sue her and the post office?!?This is the second time she’s done it.I want our other person back!!!So disappointed and angry
