If I could rate this place no stars I would. Walked in on 12-11 sat around 2 hours while the workers would rather talk to each other instead of helping costumers. Now on to the real issue, I walked in to cancel my plan and bill was told to call because it was something they couldn’t do in store. Called the next day and was told I had to go back in store because they couldn’t do this over the phone and that it was better to do it in person. None of the people know what they are talking about. And now that my phone number is through a different provider I can’t even access my account because of me transferring. Don’t lock me out of my account when I still owe you guys money! And don’t waste my time by telling me two different things. Worst customer service Ive ever had.

My sympathies to any Verizon customers who are depending on this corporate store. I just wanted to buy a screen protector and there was a two-hour wait to talk with an associate.
Drove right across King to AT&T, walked in, picked out my own screen protector, and checked out within two minutes 🙌

I try to open a business account and they were not helpful… thay told one thing and then when the bill came out it was a totally different amount… more expensive…
Also when I try to get help from them, they told me to call someone else and I call and wait and wait and wait… the service is terrible and the signal is not very good…
Spectrum is much better

Verizon is the worse phone company there service is complicated and when you need help they tell you to call someone else and when you call they make you wait and wait and wait… the charge you a lot and they signal is not very good

My son has been having issues with his total wireless phone. Even though they do not normally deal with this type of issue, the gentleman was very helpful and patient while we tried to resolve the problem.

Always a very long wait with employees always standing around talking while people are waiting. Same experience every time we go in but we only have this location that can actually help. Minimum wait of 60 mins and rarely more than 2 people actually helping people.

Came in to get my sim re-provisoioned, relatively simple fix. 3rd in the queue at this point. Lady with black and purple hair skips myself and another gentleman to assist someone who checked in AFTER me, simply because it could be a potential sale.
I’ve been patiently waiting for an hour at this point, calmly, and not raising a ruckus. But that was poor customer service. There was no appointment, by the way. So that lame excuse needs to be nixed.

If you enjoy being checked in and ignored you should definitely stop by. You can sit and wait while they continue helping the people checked in after you.

Even though they were extremely busy, I was helped right away. My daughter had a problem with her phone dropping the network and ssid. They helped me and I was out the door, 15 minutes tops.
