Took new Galaxy S24 ULTRA phone into store to get assistance to activate and transfer service...something I've done many times over the 35 yrs I've been with Verizon. A young lady met me at the door who clearly needed some lessons in projecting friendless and helpfulness abruptly told me that it would cost me $29.99 for this. Had I purchased the phone from the store and not their online store, there would be no addional charge! So what does the $35 activation fee they charge everyone for a new phone actually cover! I've encountered rude behavior from this store's employees before but never said anything because I felt that I was pretty much at their mercy. I intended on getting a Samsung watch that day as well but lost interest with this encounter. Verizon needs to remember that customers are why they exist and have a job!

Service is so freaking slow. They want you to talk on a phone with some Indian lady that asks for your phone number twenty times before she gets it right they're talking about how spectrum is incompetent which in my opinion is very rude. They didn't give us a reason why my order was cancelled for pick up so we drove over sat in a store that wasted my time for an hour and a half. I don't mean to be rude but I think Verizon on King Ave is very incompetent.

Alisa and Kolby were outstanding customer service. The best I have ever received..Even got us on home internet which is better than Spectrum and cheaper.

There customer service sucks , I have been here for a hour and have had the worst experience possible , I have been with Verizon for over 30 yrs and the service is getting worse

Even though they were extremely busy, I was helped right away. My daughter had a problem with her phone dropping the network and ssid. They helped me and I was out the door, 15 minutes tops.

Very rude staff, your asked to wait an hour or more and the guy up front just ignores you. Customer service is non-existent in this place.

Worse service I’ve ever had!! checked in and than waiting an hour before some talked to me. I was wanting to reconnect my I watch to my phone, the tech came over and I told him what I want, he than said just a moment I have to check this person in that came in the door. So he than proceeded to help him while I was still waiting for him to come back. I was pissed by than So I just walked out of the store and into my vehicle and left. If he did want to help me he could have said so, this guy helped me on Monday, not very business like in my opinion. I will never come back to the store. I will go to a different Verizon in Billings Montana. They seem to have better service.!

Verizon send me the wrong tablet when I took it in to swap it they said there will be a $50 restacking fee. Not right for Verizon making the mistake in the first place I should not pay for it.

We arrived at the store early in the morning and gave our name to be added to the waiting list. We had to wait for almost two hours to be helped. In that time, the only employee to even say anything to us was the "door person" (the employee who greets people at the door and tries to fix simple issues). Many other people were helped that came in after us.We bought a phone and told the employee that we could transfer the data to the new phone ourselves. However, we had to return to the store because we were unable to activate the phone. The employee did not activate the phone or to make sure it was working before we left. So we spent almost another hour waiting for assistance. They had to force activate the phone.I understand that the store gets busy. But when there were no less than four employees working, not even being acknowledged is unacceptable. This makes me consider changing carriers.

Totally the worst service. I was here in front of 5 men who walked in after me Brady Smith told the lady in front of me they were full for the night 1 hour before closing. Then after she left he checked in 4 men before asking me what I needed and all I needed was a Sims card . Waited in line behind the other people before I was helped . If you're a man they will help you. Women you might as go to a different store very disappointed if you do have to go to this place Quinn is a nice guy and got my device fixed asap. Thank you Quinn.
