I brought my Volvo in for a fluid service, it was priced competitively and they completed the job well! I only waited 2-3 hours and they WiFi worked well so I was able to work while waiting. I would bring my car back again for sure.

don't wast your time with theses guys. I got my car back in January had to fill it up for the first time could not even make a mile down the road as I was filling the car up notice big and nasty scratches on my hood for them putting a x-mas red bow on the car. took pics and call asap. no response stop in there to talk got push off it is now September 2023 and still not fix and still getting push off. piss poor service from the sales team. I have called over 20 times and stop in several times.

Matthew Manly, And James in finance were fantastic to work with. Matthew went out of his way to learn all he could about the Volvo I purchased from a KIA dealership. That has been my mistake and I won’t make it again, but if you want to buy a KIA, Matthew and James are kind.

Service was great, the guy that was working it was super awesome and was able to squeeze me in. Now parts department ( I was getting a quote for my VW rebuild) is crazy high. I literally can buy from the actual VW online store for half of what they charge and that’s even after shipping. Otherwise everyone was friendly and the shop guys were even catching me up to speed on codes they found, so overall good experience!

We unexpectedly needed to purchase a used vehicle while traveling in Montana.I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to Jordan at VW of Billings. Jordan was in constant communication with us throughout a complicated ordeal of needing to buy a car over the telephone from two hours away, that we were unable to come and test drive. Jordan seamlessly navigated all of the issues regarding the specifics of the vehicle, negotiating a price, dealing with the financial department, etc. When the detailing service used by the dealership was unable to service our car, Jordan took the initiative to wash and detail our car himself. He professionally tended to all of our concerns, including a clause in the purchase contract that if we found something in the test drive when he brought it to us, the sale could be reversed. Jordan’s thoroughness, patience, compassion and professionalism were absolutely unprecedented in a car buying experience. When he brought us the car he showed us everything we needed to know. We love our new car and will always recommend VW of Billings because of our positive experience there. The head manager Renee also was wonderful with us. We highly recommend VW of Billings - ASK FOR JORDAN BECAUSE HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to VW of Billings and Lee in Service. We were traveling from Washington to Iowa to be with our Mom who is in hospice. It was an emergency trip. We had serious car trouble and needed an authorized dealership to look at the car. We asked several dealers along the way but they didn’t have time for us. My brother-in-law called VW of Billings and spoke to a sales person who said that their dealership always took care of emergencies. We were not disappointed. Lee took us in as an emergency and the technicians identified the problem with my car. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get the part for two weeks but they made sure we could drive the car so we could continue on our way to Iowa. Again, thank you for being a great neighbor and helping us get on our way.

I never have given five stars to a car dealership service department.. This time is different. Made appointment, was on time, and I was out in an hour. And they fixed my electrical problem. Price was under 150 bucks. Now my 2013 red Beatle is running great again.

Would give in negative if possible..Very poor service by the guy named Braidy.. worst customer service ever countered in my entire life, I mean the cars are good but just cause of some people’s bad customer service people don’t buy vehicles.. would highly recommend the head of the department to look into it for better service in future.. it’s like your putting your car dealerships name down just cause of some attitude people… guy literally showed attitude and left .. James helped us later on .. don’t recommend this place if people like braidy works .. James made it feel little better .. would have walked out buying the vehicle if the service was not that bad ..

Poor communication and follow up from the internet director Xander Koshell. If someone has an appointment and driving 8 hours to pick up a vehicle, you could let them know the vehicle sold and save them the 8 hour drive. Really appreciate it...
