Legitimately the worst pharmacy I've ever used. A pharmacy with next to no pharmacy staff, insane phone hold times (45 minutes total and hung up on TWICE), often don't have the stock available to fill prescriptions, many staff members are terribly rude and most of them are undertrained. And of course, the exorbitant prices on absolutely everything.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A nice photo printing kiosk and plenty of art supplies. Wine selection is decent and the candy isle omg lots of goodies for a sweet tooth. Gonna switch my pharmacy to this location for sure

Worst Pharmacy in town. They find any reason to refuse to fill a prescription claiming doctor wrote it wrong. They are not a doctor and have no right to demand a different prescription. The store refuses to honor it's own sales and the clerk manager is always overcharging. So always check your receipts for errors.

Not a good experience with this pharmacy. I Always use Costco pharmacy. GoodRx showed a cheaper price so I thought I would give it a try. Showed the tech the goodrx coupon, she applied it,the price that came up was not what the goodrx app showed, her explanation was they have nothing to do with the goodrx policy and that the price is what it is..it was $72 more than good rx showed. So back to the wonderful Costco pharmacy and staff, should have known better!!

They allow dogs in the building, regardless of whether they're a service animal or a barely contained, barking ball of fluff. Today I encountered the latter, and am presently collapsed outside their building due to the severity of the asthma attack brought on by this thoughtless woman. Walgreens workers saw nothing wrong with this, and actually became COLD with me when I complained! Like it's not like this was a service animal! This was a barking, untrained little ball of hate! There was NO freaking reason for that dog to be in the building. Eff you to both that woman who brought her mutt AND the cashier who treated me coldly despite me AUDIBLY FREAKING WHEEZING.Extra shoutout to the pharmacist that made us wait 90 minutes to tell us they were out of stock on our meds, SO helpful ?

I have the flu. Doctor prescribed me tamiflu which is time sensitive. The pharmacy wouldn't fill it because I got there at 6:55 and waited in line until after 7 to be told they wouldn't help me. Pretty disappointing especially since tamiflu doesn't work after having the flu for so many days. I left the doctor office and immediately went there.

Love Walgreens beauty department. If you are looking for drug store brand makeup, Walgreens always has filled shelves.

DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! For starters, I’ve gone through this pharmacy THREE times and EACH time it’s highly stressful and absolutely ridiculous. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone, each time I call I try to be as polite as possible, and get strung around. The techs won’t answer, then when they do they hung up in my face (this has happened 5 times now they’ll pick up and hang up), twice now they’ve told me my meds were ready, then I arrive to grab them and they’re NOT. And I wait half an hour before they get them finished. I DREAD having to pick up my meds here and unfortunately it’s the most convenient one…till now. After this refill I’m NEVER doing business here again. What should be a simple task ends up being highly stressful. And it’s ridiculous and asinine. The ONLY reason I gave this dumpster fire of a pharmacy TWO stars was because the male pharmacist there is really cool and very helpful .

Normally, I don’t post reviews but my experience today at the pharmacy merits special attention. I was the only patient when I arrived and requested a COVID booster and a flu shot. I waited for an hour and patiently requested an update on when I could expect to receive a vaccine and was told they would come out and update me. I waited and after an hour and a half and my name was called suddenly and I was given a COVID booster but refused a flu shot by the pharmacist because “I don’t know how to bill it to your insurance company and I don’t have minutes and minutes to look it up”. She then told me she had to take care of the injections for people who came in after me and told me I could continue to wait but “there’s no guarantee we can figure it out.” I waited an additional 15 minutes after my injection and no one acknowledged me or would give me an update. I finally left disgusted and disappointed with how they treat people there. We are not cattle Walgreens, do better!

I know many of the usual complaints of pharmacies cannot be helped: long wait times, unfilled prescriptions, insurance issues, etc. This experience was beyond that. The tall, female pharmacist with thinning white hair is unprofessional. My doctor ordered capsules for me because I have trouble (like many others) swallowing larger tablets. The tech, of course, filled it as tablets in an attempt to save me money. I came back to get the correct form of the medication and the pharmacist said to a tech (assuming I was out of earshot) in an annoyed tone "does she really need a capsule? It's the same thing." She was extremely judgmental. I made it clear that my physician had gone over cost with me and that she specifically ordered capsules for a reason. But the pharmacist said it will still need to be verified with my physician for insurance. I said "She has. It is not covered by my insurance." She very rudely said "it is expensive" to which I said I knew the exact cost. I am not sure why she would not just refill my medicine without the judgement. Meanwhile an old man was standing far too close behind me for HIPPA comfort and nothing was done about that either. If I were you, and if it is at all possible, fill your prescription elsewhere. It was a very uncomfortable environment to pick up necessary medication from.

This pharmacy and all the Walgreens in town do not fill up prescriptions in time even when called ahead of time and the technician on the phone says they will. We have to take time off work to wait for a prescription as when you go pick it up, they tell you it’ll take 3-4 hours to get it filled no matter how many times you call ahead of time. This has been ongoing for 3 years. We’ve spoken to the manager there who stated they’d address the issue and yet it keeps happening and calling Walgreens complaints department for escalation has their representatives NOT escalating this issue and telling you they do so instead to keep you waiting and wasting your time for 5-7 biz days at a time. The company seems to be ran by people who obviously don’t know how important medication is for people as well as their jobs. They play with the livelihoods of people by wasting their times when they need to take time off work because of their mess.Called Walgreens complaints department 5/28/22, after the manager @ this store failed to get their employees to do a proper job (they promised the prescription would be ready the next day, we go pick it up, it wasn’t ready and would not be for at least 3-4 hours). They said they’d escalate and to wait for a District Manager call within 2-3 biz days. Called back 6/13/22 due to no call - was told they’d escalate again and to wait another 2-3 biz days for said “District Manager” to call me back. Called 6/23/2022, I am told by an agent by the name of “Kay” NO escalation was ever made and to wait another 5-7 biz days for another call. I believe they’ll continue to ignore our requests to get the issue resolved and I’m extremely disappointed the Pharmacy Manager doesn’t have a handle of their own pharmacy.

Today this pharmacy is filling the last prescription they will ever fill for us. We had a new prescription, which was to be ready in an hour. We went home, waited for 2 hours, then came back to pick it up. Walgreens said our insurer had declined to pay for the prescription. Did they have the courtesy to call us and let us know, and offer us the option of paying for it in full? No. They simply didn't fill the prescription. We now have to go back AGAIN in 2 hours to pick up a medication that is fairly urgent and necessary. We have tolerated months of long waits at lines inside and out to pick up prescriptions that had been filled and were waiting because Walgreens cannot hire and retain the employees they need to do the job, but this is the last straw.

Made an appointment online for a vax (not covid) and showed up on time. They made a mistake and tried to give me the covid shot which I’ve already had. Then when I pointed that out he realized they did not have the one I wanted in stock because someone forgot to order it. What a waste of time. P.S. double check what your getting!!!

Made appointments for vaccine and waited for an hour before anyone even thought about giving shot. Like vaccine appointments are lowest priority at the pharmacy ?
