Okay,I have to use Wallgreens pharmacy for Insurance reasons otherwise, We would be long gone. The Walgreens pharmacy at Stroh ranch in Parker Colorado is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. I just had surgery at the mayo clinic and asked my doctor to call in my pain meds. They did right away. I called the Pharmacy to check and see if it was ready around 12:00 noon, They told me it was out of stock and wouldn't be ready until Monday. I asked, can you transfer my prescription to another Pharmacy that has it? NO they said. They transferred my phone call to the dispensing center . I was on hold for 25 minutes then the call ended. They hung up on me. It's now 1:45. I am on hold until their meal breaks end. I need to find my own supply of meds at some Walgreens and hope the surgeon can call it in to that Walgreens. ( If the surgon hasn't left for the weekend.) Minnesota is an hour ahead. There must be a better system than this!!! Does anyone out there know of a good Walgreens pharmacy in my area. Corporate companies need to take away the contracts with wallgreens. Good lord, people shouldn't have to go through this especially in pain. its now 2:00. 3:00 in Minnesota. I hope i make it. What good is pain meds if you cant get them.

My husband and I got rapid covid tests at the drive thru pharmacy of Walgreens in Billings, Mt. located at 1602 Main St.. Mistakenly I had provided an incorrect email when I registered for an appointment online. This resulted in us not receiving our test results via email. When I tried to call the pharmacy to rectify the error, I was put on hold forever until someone finally answered. Pharmacy staff found our test results online however could not reveal the results to us and said they were not able to correct the email address. I was given a number to call that they indicated was the lab that processed the tests. When I called the number it was not the lab, but a clinical information line of some sort, and they could not help me. When I called the Walgreens location back, Pharmacy would not answer the phone. As a result, I was unable to receive the rapid test results. No one in the Pharmacy was willing to help. I This Walgreen location in Billings does not know the meaning of customer service at all. My impression of Walgreens is not good. I will not go back.

For the pharmacy only: In the age of call in prescriptions, why in all that’s holy do you even allow someone to bring a paper prescription to the drive- up and then sit there for a full 30 minutes waiting for it when there is a line of people who already have scripts waiting? Drive thru is for pick up. No wonder customers and your pharmacy staff are short tempered and unhappy! I used to like this place. Taking my business to your competition!

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE!! I don't do reviews to be honest but had to warn people about this place. My doc called my script in , business as usual right ? WRONG, It started with walking into a long line of unhappy customers,, Then an unorganized worker just showing up to work late at 5 pm couldn't tell me why my script wasn't ready at 3 like it was supposed to be , That's where it got really bad,,, This funny little man pokes his head out from around the corner and says with a smirk on his face ,, Your doctors script is invalid. I'm like , huh ? Yeah well it went on for hours , Round and round My doctor called him , Him being a rude , robotic, condescending , just plain j*** ,,, Obviously getting off on it , Literally LOOKING for any reason he could NOT to give me my script of ten years . It literally made me feel like a degenerate! Thanks pal !! Anyhow, Osco filled it in ten minutes after that , thank goodness there's humans in Billings there .

Don’t use the pharmacy! Staff is rude, spiteful, and incompetent. I’ve dealt with this place for 3 years now, and they have messed up or delayed my prescription EVERY SINGLE TIME! The insurance company left me no other options till now. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy I've been to. Had an antibiotic that needed to be filled for an infection, they already had the prescription for 2 hours, told me it would take another 2 hours to fill. In my experience of filling prescriptions, it shouldn't take even close to this long. I had to take two doses of the antibiotic that day, so I transferred to another pharmacy that doesn't take 4 hours to fill a prescription for 20 tablets. Ridiculous. Need to figure out a better workflow.

In general, I have been very happy with Walgreens. However today I had an experience which makes me never want to go back there. I went in to pick up my granddaughters prescription - which her mother had been told would be ready in 15 minutes and they would call her. This was 3 hours later. The pharmacy tech was incredibly condescending and rude - telling me the pharmacist was at lunch and I "should have looked at the door". When I mentioned the prescription should have been ready at 10:30 she replied it was done but the pharmacist had to mix it - zero apology for not calling as promised or that she was unable to fill it. Instead she went on further to say in a very rude manner that " I need to keep my pharmacist fed and happy to keep my job". Honestly, I am not sure how that was needed or appropriate, and there was not an ounce of apology or recognition this was the 2nd time someone had tried to retrieve the same prescription. I am not normally upset by rude behavior but it was the smug condescending tone that caught me off-guard. I have been a loyal customer since this store opened but will consider moving to a new pharmacy (plenty of options in a 2 mile radius).

The pharmacy is very busy but the staff is very welcoming and apologetic if there is a delay. They have gone above and beyond to help my get last minute emergency prescriptions for my son. Sure I may have to wait more then I'd like but seeing how hard the staff is working buzzing around gives me peace of mind that they are working very hard to help customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's not the staffs fault for being busy so I look at the perspective on how they handle it and treat customers during this time. For that I give them 5 stars.

Really great staff. We’re traveling from Pennsylvania and they had our refill ready when got there.
