If you can help it, don’t get your meds here. It’s been 4 hours since they called in my prescription from the ER. The recording says they’re “still working on it”… this is unacceptable. Patients have meds sent because they need them THAT DAY! My guess is when they close in a few hours it still won’t be filled. Happened before. I should’ve told the ER doctor to have them sent to ANY OTHER pharmacy in town EXCEPT Walgreens.

We are traveling my pharmacy couldn’t fill my prescription so called my insurance and they said Walgreens could fill it oh my gosh they are terrific ! Thank you all in the pharmacy department you all are super helpful and very attentive!! ?

Okay,I have to use Wallgreens pharmacy for Insurance reasons otherwise, We would be long gone. The Walgreens pharmacy at Stroh ranch in Parker Colorado is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. I just had surgery at the mayo clinic and asked my doctor to call in my pain meds. They did right away. I called the Pharmacy to check and see if it was ready around 12:00 noon, They told me it was out of stock and wouldn't be ready until Monday. I asked, can you transfer my prescription to another Pharmacy that has it? NO they said. They transferred my phone call to the dispensing center . I was on hold for 25 minutes then the call ended. They hung up on me. It's now 1:45. I am on hold until their meal breaks end. I need to find my own supply of meds at some Walgreens and hope the surgeon can call it in to that Walgreens. ( If the surgon hasn't left for the weekend.) Minnesota is an hour ahead. There must be a better system than this!!! Does anyone out there know of a good Walgreens pharmacy in my area. Corporate companies need to take away the contracts with wallgreens. Good lord, people shouldn't have to go through this especially in pain. its now 2:00. 3:00 in Minnesota. I hope i make it. What good is pain meds if you cant get them.

Love the Walgreens app for the phone. Get reminders when my medications are ready or when I need to refill them. That way I’m not showing up before they are ready and waiting. I can plan my day to show up when they are done.

The pharmacy sucks. I was from out of town, 34 weeks pregnant, ran out of my anti nausea medicine, was throwing up, still had an 8 hour drive home and they refused to call and transfer my prescription from my original pharmacy because they didn't have the time to make a phone call and said they would get to it in 24 to 48 hours. What a joke.

Cashier won't help load a card at all and says that they can't do it, but I have loaded venmo cards at other walgreens, the lady behind the counter just doesn't know how to do it and doesn't want to figure it out.

The pharmacist at this location will deny you the right to medications that are prescribed by doctors. Not only can this have detrimental effects to the people reliant on said medication but it also creates a danger to the public especially when those medications are used to help those with a serious mental illness.
