The Pharmacy tech Barb was amazing she worked with my and my frustrating insurance making several calls and waiting on the phone to help me get my prescription covered by insurance. With all the frustration of the insurance she stayed positive. Thank you so much Barb, I appreciate you and your hard work, Walmart should too!

They are always helpful and courteous when you come to visit to pick up your prescriptions I would recommend these people to others.

I’ll probably try to start using another pharmacy. The staff at this one are very rude, especially the short lady with the glasses and brown hair. She rudely tells me that they’re closed and then when I ask if my medication can be transferred to another pharmacy, she says “No because we’re closed.”Normally we don’t have problems at this pharmacy but if you don’t like dealing with the public, maybe you’re in the wrong line of work. They should hire people with better attitudes who aren’t rude as hell.

Barb in the Walmart pharmacy is the best person I have ever worked with. She always gets my RX correct and knows what's going on around her. Her CS is right on point. She has great phone CS and asks questions. Problem solves fasts. Thank you Barb.

terrible service .. Barb should not be allowed to work with people. She doesn't know how to find appointments, confuses paperwork, and doesn't understand how pharmacies work.

I picked up my pharmacy prescription as I do once a month. No bag or purse on me. As I'm leaving my prescription of all things beeps at the door. The gal stops me and asks to see my receipt, so I show her pharmacy receipt stapled, to the folded and stapled closed bag, and she had the nerve to ask me if I had eyelashes in there. I pointed out that the bags were folded and stapled with out a tear and there was no way I'd be able to get eye lashes in there without opening the bag. I was quite shocked to be accused of stealing eyelashes when it was quite obvious it was the prescription that was not deactivated, especially at the door in front of other customers. Besides I'm there in the clothes I've been gardening in all day. Not exactly the makeup and eyelashes type, or maybe that was the problem.

Worst service I have ever had, every time I have went in my information just magically disappears from there system. Meaning so does my insurance on file. Today I went in to pick up my prescription and hand them my insurance card and they still were attempting to not run it through my insurance which would of overcharged me on my patient overall price. Today is the last day, I won’t be back.

Horrible... they've always been less than Stellar. Very difficult to deal with and unwilling to work with any kind of discount programs to try to save you money on expensive prescriptions. The final straw was that now you have to enter at the entrance farthest from the pharmacy walk through the entire store to get to the pharmacy and then walk back through the entire store to exit. So they are putting their most vulnerable people in proximity to other people more than anyone else. Oh they have curbside pickup for prescriptions but you have to call repeatedly until "someone is free" and able to bring it out so it can take 3-4 maybe even five phone calls before you can get someone to bring the prescription out to you. Do yourself a favor; transfer your prescriptions to the Walgreens right across the street. Usually they're cheaper and they have a drive-up and best of all they'll work with you to save you money on prescriptions that are expensive!

They are hideous.. go to the one on the west end or move your RX to Albertsons.. they do not follow state/fed guidelines and are totally inconvenient! The west end provides excellent customer service.
