Wells Fargo is a joke. They say they are for customers, I can highly say they are not. When asked to speak to a banker you are told NO. Highly disappointed in the customer service and they want to help, NO they don't. I will be taking my business else were because the way I was handled and I work for this god forsaken. Company and have multiple customers say how unhappy they are with the services of Wells Fargo.

I was told by a teller that if I did a mobile direct deposit with a Wells Fargo check that it would be available right away just like going to a teller. I was lied to and this was not the case. Called support and they told me that no matter what a mobile deposit is one business day. Not impressed and very angry. Will probably leave and start a new account at another bank for this. Withholding my money is wrong.

Ever since the pandemic I feel like people have stopped working which has effected every part of life for all businesses! For someone that travels more than most do in a year, it was relieving to see that the tellers had the warming attitude as if we ever went through a pandemic. Jason (who seems to play lead a lot) at tellers has this overly welcoming attitude, at first it seems like an act but after going in there for several months now, it’s just the amazing person he is and he really makes that branch feel welcoming! It also made me rethink that people, like Jason are what we need as a nation. He’s positive, caring and is super efficient at his job. Well done WF on hiring him!

I went out of my way to this specific bank just for a personal Banker named Corinne Moncada. She is the best personal banker I ever had. She is super efficient, clear to explain what is my best interest. I feel value. The world will be a better place with more Corinne’s around because she is genuine when she talks and dedicate a time to answer all my questions with patience. She is good for my bussines. I hope WF appreciate her because in my years doing business I didn’t see many people like her.If someone needs to talk with a personal banker I HIGHLY recommend her. She will listen all your needs and find the best option for you personal or business.

I have always been treated great at the Wells Fargo Bank located on Grant Road. They people working there have always been friendly and professional and wanting to help. I cant mame them all but Tammy has been there for the longest and she is super nice and knowledgeable and professional and has been very helpful thru the years and when I show up with banking issues. I wanted to tell her Thank You!

Myself and my 3 adult children all had savings and checking accounts with this bank. We all moved our accounts to other banks secondary to mistakes made by this bank and their unwillingness to fix those mistakes . Now my elderly mother has an account with this bank and wanted my brother and myself to be signed on her accounts. All the paperwork was filled out (AND the bank acknowledged this paperwork was filled out) but it was not filed correctly. Wells Fargo refuses to fix THEIR error and now all three of us must make an appointment to go to the bank to have it fixed, Covid-19, elderly woman, handicapped person, a physical appointment is VERY inconvenient.....AND THIS WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THE BANK ACKNOWLEDGES THIS WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE BUT THEIR MISTAKE!!! I will never recommend to anyone that their money should be trusted to such an untrustworthy facility. REALLY bad customer service!!!!!!

Corrine is the SWEETEST most helpful bank teller there is. She renewed my faith in this company and banking with them. She went above and beyond to help me and wasn't judgmental at all. I've had a lot of problems in the past with snobby bank tellers and I used to get nervous to talk to them about any issue. I'm so happy I went in yesterday and was greeted with a smile and so much support! She truly is amazing. Wells Fargo needs more employees like her.

I am a small business owner in Billings. I have always heard about horrible stories coming from Wells Fargo but Allstate banking requirements had me pick a local national bank... I chose Wells I will never bank with them on ANYTHING ever again. I wish I would have remembered the branch manager on the Grant Rd location I did not. She was probably the most rude person I may have ever dealt with. When I returned from another branch to explain what I was looking for she simply said, "Well you got it didn't you," turned, and walked away from me. There is no customer service and all 1-800 numbers for any assistance. HORRIBLE
