100% competent, professional, and patient. Dropped off my Alienware Area 51M off at 10 AM to get the keyboard replaced and it was ready to pick up at 2 PM, which is a great turnaround for something that involved. Great work at a great price. I'm calling Western Office first for my next PC problem!
