I was 3,000 miles from home. My husband has severe mobility issues and his rollator was falling apart so we went to Walgreens to purchase a new one. That night one of the legs bent into . It took the entire staff of Cracker Barrel to keep him from being dumped in the floor. I left the crumbled walker to tend to my husband, This Walgreens refused to refund my money.

Horrible. I had picked Walgreens to have my prescription transferred to from out of state. I had 2 refills left. It has been 2 months since requested transfer. Nothing shows on Walgreens that I have prescription....both refills have now expired!! No way to get a new one until I get job, insurance, new doctor. I even have emails saying what my order number is and everything. Will pick somewhere other than Walgreens for everything now. Plus the pharmacy has my debit information.

Hired an alleged rapist as a pharm tech. If you google his name, multiple articles show up. I am not taking pills served to me by a sex offender. Disturbing.

Horrible! Called in my meds for a refill. Showed up after 4 pm. They said "be about a 1/2 hr wait." What??! Umm the point of phoning ahead is so they're ready!! Poor customer service

2:13 pm. Right now 13 people are clustered in a line waiting for Walgreens on Grande to open from some arbitrary break so they can get the walk-in COVID shots. Last round we were all turned away and told they would open back up at 2pm (despite their site saying they would remain open I've been here to the pharmacy twice today for mine and been turned away both times. Worst customer service ever. Especially during a pandemic

Sure would be nice if they kept accurate business hours for the pharmacy online. Loved driving halfway across town to pickup a prescription "1 hour" before closing. Only to find them completely closed. great customer experience

Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Nice Slowest ever. Prescriptions called in by dOctor before 9 am and still not filled by 4pm. Had to go to different Walgreens.

Under staffed, poorly organized. They make promises on the telephone that they cannot meet, possibly to get the presciption sale. Overall, very poor service.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Long lines always, they are out of my medication so after getting a text that they are ready, I find out they don't have enough. Can't get a partial. They won't call around to other stores in town to find out if they have any. Changing stores next month!

We waited for almost a half an hour in the drive-through pharmacy line. There were four people inside, no one was hurrying to help anyone. We couldn't see anyone at their pick up window inside either. Just really rotten customer service
