Wish I could do no stars.They had my package for weeks. When I called the number to find out why they could not find it using the tracking number. Had to have the company that sent it track it down. They did not know when it would be delivered because Lavina is to remote. They were paid to deliver it but guess it’s easier to let me drive an hour TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS FARSE OF A SHIPPING COMPANY

Staffed by illiterates. I scheduled a delivery for April 5th because I am unable to accept it sooner. They have since made three early delivery attempts.

Terrible experience with XPO. They have had my item for FIVE and a half weeks. First it was lost in SLC for 2 weeks; they claimed a piece was broken and it took getting called out by the furniture company to find the item, verify nothing was actually broken, then get it to Montana, which took a week. Then it finally arrived in Billings, they scheduled a delivery date without confirming with me that I was available (I wasn't), never answered my calls/voicemails, then the general xpo call line called me day of delivery to cancel "on their end." I rescheduled for 2.5 weeks away because that was the first available date (next friday, 2/3/22) but that was randomly canceled and rescheduled to today. I got a confirmation text with delivery window and I had to work, so I got my neighbor to literally sit at home all day and wait to receive the delivery. They never called, never showed up. According to the call center rep, there is a message on the tracking that "delivery was attempted." It was not, why lie? I had full cell service and wifi calling enabled. No one at the warehouse ever answers or calls back. The call center can't do anything but "send the warehouse an email." I am so beyond frustrated with this company, their lies, poor service, and lack of responsibility or responsiveness.

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with.Save yourself a headache.I paid 2500 for a delivery and they wouldn't even call me. Got treated like dirt on the phone by the supervisor. He threatened to not even deliver it and would take no responsibility for his drivers.Now that you have been warned, it is on you. Goodluck!

Horrible experience. I’ve been rescheduled twice. First schedule date was 2 weeks out from when I purchased the item. Took the day off work to get an email the night before stating the truck was overbooked. Rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. I took another day off work to be “No call No showed.” Once again rescheduled for another 4 weeks out. The likelihood of my item showing, very doubtful. Horrible horrible company to do business with.

Horrible costumer service. Switched delivery window times three times only to then deliver the item outside of the most recent time given. Of course no one was home (we weren't expecting anything), so the item wasn't delivered. We're now being told it will be another week before anther delivery!

I went there to pick up my pallet of returned items that was shipped and the individual I spoke with was very nice and very helpful The individual using the forklift was very professional and showed excellent skill driving the forklift all around a good experience

XPO is the WORST Freight Handler I have ever dealt with. Mishandled and abandoned shipments, moronic staff and quality control. Use anyone but XPO for shipments... They are a true disgrace to the supply chain.

My couch has been sitting in their warehouse for near a month. Delivery date has been been pushed ahead multi weeks, multiple times. XPO is a joke.
