Alyssa was extremely patient with me as I called multiple times with updates about my rental and drop off issues. Sherman was very knowledgeable and it wasn't until I'm picking up my vehicle do I hear about the issues they encountered. I was only hearing about them at that point, because the Crash Champions team handled everything on their end. I hope I don't need their services again, but in the case that I do, I will not hesitate. Their service was top notch. Kudos to the entire team.”

“they handled everything! dropped my van off on Sunday night and had it back Tuesday afternoon after some front end repair from a deer hit. everything looks great and I couldn't be not happy with their communication and turn around time!!”
“I want to give a shout out to Odegard's body shop. They are a local auto place in Great Falls, Mt. I was really impressed with their service.
When i was calling for quotes to repair my door handle i was getting quotes in the upper $600 range. I called Odegard and they quoted me $250 at the most, but they needed to see the vehicle before they could give a definitive price for what was wrong.
I showed up the next day. The mechanic looked inside the car door panel, and said this piece snapped, so you will have to replace the entire door handle and all it's smaller parts.
But the difference with Odegard and the other shops was, they understand that in this economy money is tight. So they told me if i buy the part myself i can save a lot of money. I asked them which one i should buy and they sent me an ebay link stating the part i needed. It arrived 3 or 4 days later
They were going to have to paint the door handle to protect from rust, but the person who ordered the part, found one pre painted already and that saved me alot of money.
If you live in Great Falls and don't have a trustworthy auto body mechanic yet then give Odegard's body shop a call.
They honored their word, my car handle works as good as new, and saved me a lot of money. So i will definitely be going back to them again to work on my cars in the future.”

They spent close to 2 hours working on our car. We explained we were on vacation and they did a fantastic job!! They didn't even charge us for their time. “Stopped in when our stop engine warning light came on while driving on I15. Asked if they could read the codes and see what the issue was.
We were greeted respectfully and found the customer service to be the best of any truck service facility we have visited.
Jacob was great and explained everything so we could understand. He patiently answered our questions and if he did not know, he said he did not know. Thankfully it was a sensor issue. Easy fix for us to do later.
