This has taken me awhile to write. The review is for our experiences that took place around August of last year. I did notice there seems to be changes at Osco but its important I speak up in memory of my husband. Not to mention, there were so many bad experiences leading up.
He began having terrible stomach/gut pain, along with other symptoms we were so blind to, he struggled close to 6 months in pain before seeking help from a doctor. Making my point here. We managed cannabis companies, he was covered in tatts, my rowdy daughter having fun wearing me out waiting on countless scripts and attempts to ease his pain ER visit after ER visit. NOT AN EASY task to get him to a doctor but, over and over again hear me?
Finally, our nightmare became real and had a name, and he was diagnosed with stage IV gallbladder cancer and given 3 to 6 months. 3 to 6 months to be in excrutiating pain and baby fed pills while the cancer spread and ate him alive. 3 to 6 turned into 3. He was gone February 9th.
Now once the diagnosis we thought okay now at least he can have relief. Nope. The pharmacist on duty decided she would not fill morphine and oxycodone at the same time, the exact pills that my husband was prescribed from Bozeman Oncology Dept. She decided to make him suffer longer that day. And then took it upon herself to send to their sister pharmacy. Our favorite nurse, Amanda, swooped in and the hospital filled them. But not the point. It was already such a bad day. Know this. Ill be praying for her a long time just to keep the harsh feelings from festering.
So yeah i hope your department had a makeover. And no one else experiences being turned away for whatever judgy reason she can think up!

Went in today and it was crazy busy right before memorial weekend. I was so incredibly grateful of the service provided. The pharmacist on today 5/23 was incredible and helped me out tremendously. Thank you guys for everything you do

I want to thank Myles for helping us out on Thursday, he saved us a trip to Livingston. Super nice, super helpful ! Our doctors office called in my husband’s prescription to the wrong pharmacy, wrong town !

They don’t even deserve one star. The fourth and final time for us. Would have prescription called in then go pick it up several hours later (well over 4 hours) and they couldn’t find the RX because it was still in the voicemail not listened to and then treated us like we were inconveniencing them because they would have to do their jobs and check the voicemail. Completely incompetent workers. Finally had enough and blew up and switched.

Albertsons pharmacy in Bozeman had Covid shots early. I got mine on 10/10/23. There was a slight wait but worth it. We haven’t received shots in Ennis yet. Thank you!

I have been defrauded by this location. I always verified that my prescriptions were being run through my insurance, but instead the pharmacy was putting it on their own "discount card" and charging me hundreds of dollars of out of pocket costs that I was not liable for.
