This place is a joke. I was broke into 2nd week of renting and absolutely nothing was done about it. I honestly felt like I was the last of their concerns. I asked for video or even for them to check video because one of the item taken would have been easy to spot because it wouldn’t fit in a normal size vehicle.They told me they couldn’t do that and were not willing to look. I have since then figured out they had no security cameras and the gate that is supposed to lock at 10 pm has not worked since December of 2023. When I informed the manager of this property that gate was not working she told me she thought it was. I can tell you 100% truth it doesn’t ever shut thus leaving it wide open for anyone to come in. Also tells me no cameras work or else she would know the gate doesn’t work. I have personally spoke to 3 other people whom were broke into on different occasions and they had the same experience with property and property manager. I don’t even give this place half star!

The place in Bozeman on Center Valley Road is great. Really clean, and, the girl at the jackrabbit location where I paid for the rental was exceptional. I think she said her name was Abby. Everything was very clear, she covered all the bases. She even stayed a couple of minutes later for me to be able to get there to finalize everything. Whenever I called for help about a location, the agents on the phone are really wonderful and walked me through the directions until I got there.
Now, as far as the other location on Huffine.... absolute disaster and hot mess. The units themselves look very ramshackle and run down, stains on the concrete etc. I was very surprised to find that there are two apartment type places right in the middle of the place attached to the building that I was looking at. Broken shades, Just Junk around the front of the place. And, as I was leaving, I noticed a dog tied up in the only grassy area there, no food no water, filthy, and when I called him to me he was cowering as if he was afraid. I was extremely upset and I called Animal Control. And then went back to the office and asked if she had a container for me to get the dog some water. She kind of casually said, oh, that's the manager'sdog. And then she said he's an inside dog. I said what is an inside dog? I know what an inside cat is like but not an inside dog. I said I don't care if that dog was out there for 5 minutes there should at the very least be water available. I had a container and she said I could fill it up with water in their bathroom. The bathroom was a disaster. Dirty, nothing to dry your hands, no toilet paper either. I can't believe the vast difference between the one in Bozeman and the one in where I think is four corners. If those two apartments belong to the managers, really something should be done. To me, anyone that doesn't take exceptional care of their dog is worthless.
But, in all I am very impressed with the one in Bozeman, really clean, really organized, I'm very comfortable and I feel safe there. It's the first time I ever rented a unit and I'm really pleased. I am telling everyone about how nice the place is. And, the professionalism of the girl on Jackrabbit is compared to the girls on her fine was far and above exceptional. I live in a senior building and I am just singing the Praises of the one in Bozeman and the management there.

Started this unit 11 months ago at $167/mo and was set up on auto pay. In February they jacked my rate up to $280 without notifying me. I noticed after the third month and called left a message no one called back. A couple days later I called again. They said the would do me a favor and not raise my rate to $350/mo which is what they were planning on doing in July. I had them take me off auto pay and told them I am
going to take my stuff out, they locked me out of my unit on the 6th and won't take the locks off unless I pay their new upcharged rate for the entire month and a $54 late fee. If you like theiving corporate America, this is the place for you! $167 to $350 per month in Iess then a year. 10'x'30 unit

My dad has a storage unit here and has had it since 2004. They do not secure their facility like they're supposed to and leave the gate wide open at night. Someone came through and cut the lock off of my dad's storage unit and stole a few things from it. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! You're paying a ton of money for bare minimum treatment and with the risk of your stuff being stolen

It was easy enough to search and find the size unit I needed. It was even easier to reserve the unit for a few days while I figured out how much space I would need. And when it came time I was able to switch the unit size and start renting. Move in was simple, wide corridors made access very easy.
Docked them a star because the lights around the facility are scarce and provide poor illumination. The location my unit keeps the gate open during the day and is closed/inaccessible after 2200. I would prefer more lights and gate code/access instead of left wide open all day.

I had to drop off my truck on the snowiest day of the winter but the lot attendant that was plowing snow was able to clear my space in just a few minutes and get me on my way so I could catch a flight. Thanks so much .
