Tresa was extremely helpful in taking my ideas and coming up with what to order to accomplish it. The time taken to explain and reexplain until I understood was above and beyond. I have also met several other employees so far including Wendy and all have been fantastic. It is one thing to answer questions but something much more to make a customer FEEL their desire to help. I am a new customer as of a couple weeks ago and from the very first contact, I have felt a level of commitment from the entire team that is rare to find in businesses today. More than that, the fact that every single person I have interacted with so far has behaved in a manner that made me wonder if they owned the business themselves is a sign of a company culture leagues above the status quo. Looking forward to our next project together!
