Today I went to the store and met Scott the representative in order for him to activate a sim card for a Hotspot he charged me $51,10 after waiting for 45 minutes he was unable to activate the Sim and unable to refund the money instead he gave me an 800 number to call they told me it's the store who charged me should refund the money, I went back and talked to him at no avail he refused to cooperate, he got upset and didn't want to assist attached is a copy of the receipt.This day of Monday 29th 2024. Today I received a debit card for $30 dollars after the office of the president of AT&T took the case after filing it with BBB not the full refund after almost 45 days or more of disputing,I wonder if I can trust them again.

I drove an hour and a half as this was the closest AT and T store. I wanted to switch my wife from her parents account to my account. I was told I could not be helped, there was nothing they could do. They then gave me a phone number to call which didn’t work when I tried it.

I needed help getting my phone back in service and in the middle of getting helped by someone they decided it would be a great time to take a lunch break. So I ended up wasting my entire lunch break just trying to figure one thing out waiting for the employee to return. 0/10 customer service.

I was having slow service and there were about 4 people ahead of me. I was greeted within a few minutes and then assisted with replacing my SIM card after waiting for another 5 or 10 minutes. The serivice was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

The most unhelpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me because he was “too busy to help me by a phone for my son that was IN THE STORE“. Avoid these low IQ dead end job losers at all costs.

Everyone was sharp and helpful. Josh is the absolute man. He is calm and able to help you with any question. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed quickly and helped me get the best deal for my money. These guys are on it. Honest and good at their jobs. I drove 5 hours to specifically go to this store.
