“I'm very glad I stopped into Bangtail. I was a little intimidated going to a place like this because it has been years since I rode a bike and I don't know tons about bikes or what best suited me for the type of riding I wanted to do. Rob spent an hour with me inquiring about what I was looking for, what price range I wanted to stay in, what accessories I would need, trails I could use in my area and helped size me to see what frame would be best suited for my body type. I ended up ordering a Trek bike (I had come in thinking I was going with a Specialty bike). The Trek bike best suited me and my price range. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me despite the fact that he seemed to be a pretty busy guy. I am excited to ride my bike! Thank you!”
