One of the best dealership experiences in the course of the last 20 years I've been buying and leasing vehicles. I was graciously greeted by one of the salesmen, Colton. My wife and I were uncertain as to which car we wanted to purchase and were deciding between a Ram, Jeep and GMC. Colton and the dealership manager Andrew maintained patience with us and never once allowed us to feel pressured into a decision we were not ready to make. After four or five days of going back and forth with my wife we settled on a vehicle. Colton and Andrew were very honest with us about down payment, pricing, and what to expect throughout our lease. Overall a very easy and honest car leasing experience. I could not recommend them enough.

Unfortunately after years of great service, the Billion Auto Group maintenance shop is no longer reliable. The scheduled manufactured recall replacement of a fuel pump on a Ram 1500 resulted in the check engine light being illuminated and the Billion Auto Group recommended replacement of sensor at an estimated cost of $1000. Received a second opinion from another auto repair shop in Bozeman. They found that one of the hoses was not connected with the fuel pump replacement. They connected the hose. Check engine light went away and 2500 miles later, the light is still not illuminated. Disappointing that the Billion Auto Group team doesn’t take the time to double-check their work before giving the auto back to the customer.

Initially like any dealership, Jackson in sales was good to deal with, after the sale it’s a different story. They removed the storage bins under the rear seats before I took delivery of my truck. After taking it off road 1 time it’s become a rattle trap. Poor fit and finish from the factory. Save yourself and don’t buy a RAM!!! Took 5 weeks to get a service appointment. Overall this is a very disappointing experience.

I just wanted to give Jackson a shout out!!
My son Dawsen Bought a Beautiful 2024 Ram 3500 . She did a lot to make this work for him. She went far and beyond my expectations. But we finally ended up with a great deal. If you are interested in buying a new or pre-owned Vehicle get ahold of her she will do what ever it takes to make a great deal for you. Thank you again Jackson and I really do appreciate everything you did for my Son Dawsen !!

I broke down going to Bozeman. It was all.around a bad experience because I had to sit on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. No rental car company would bring me a car so I had to pay 5 times the price from the airport I would normally pay. So I told them at Billon to fix it right because I did not want to be sitting on the side of the road with my granddaughter again. I did not even make it back to Gardiner when my engine light came on. My husband had to come from Texas to get the truck so he could take it home to get it fixed. When he opened the hood there were tools left in there, there were leaks. If that's the kind of work they do I'm glad I'm not going to use them again. After almost $2800 you would think it would last a week or 2.

i always get my vehicle worked on here and everyone is super helpful, with the exception of Kara who is extremely annoyed and inconvenienced by a customer asking any questions or calling. She scoffs at questions, and talked to me like i was dumb when i was just trying to find out where the parts i had ordered were at.

Kassy, Doug and Kevin in GM Service always do a great job for me. They explain what is going on with my vehicle, which things I need to address asap and those things I have time to get done. I appreciate you all!
Edit: Chris Manifold in Dodge Service was amazing! He took care of our Durango and made sure that when we picked up our vehicle is was running perfectly! Thank you Chris and crew!

The young lady that I dealt with was very very good however, the mechanics did not reset the tire maintenance check sensor or and they did not reset the oil maintenance sensor so I had to do it later than it was good

There were 2 vehicles in the shop ahead of my pickup, it took over 2 and 1/2 hours the last 45 minutes I went outside and sat on the picnic table in front and watched my truck as no one was anywhere around it. The hood was up and finely I was text it was done. Very disappointed this time
