I needed a block heater for my FJ. My sister Jennifer Harrison, an employee of Billion, recommended I go there to have it put in. I was impressed with the care and courtesy I and my vehicle were given. So glad for once I listened to my sister. The service department was awesome and timely. I will totally recommend Billion to anyone either looking to purchase a vehicle or just need their vehicle serviced. Thank you Billion!!!

After having to deal with Lithia as the only certified Jeep service provider for 7 years in Helena, Billion is a dream. Tara in the service department knows her stuff, knows people, and is on top of everything. She will always let you know what you should expect to pay, and how long it should take. She even returns voicemails. The rest of the staff is really pleasant as well. Bozeman is lucky to have them!

Buyer beware! Billion's service department is totally dishonest and unprofessional from top to bottom. I've heard horrible stories about their sales side, but have not dealt with their service side before. Should have known. My daughter's car would not start and since the tow company told us it needed a new battery, we had it towed to Billion (our regular mechanic could not take it in that day). They took it on a Friday and called my daughter the following Monday, telling her that it needed a new $2500 starter (it's a 2019 Jeep with 60k miles). I called them back and told them we were pretty sure it just needed a battery, but they insisted it was the starter. We said we would like to get another opinion before doing the starter service and they said that we couldn't have the car taken to our mechanic until we paid them $254 - a classic scam artist move. What they failed to tell us was that they charged the battery while at the shop and the car was starting and running just fine after that. Because of their lie, we thought we had to have it towed to our mechanic. They knew all along that the car was running and didn't need to be towed. After we paid their blackmail fee to release our car we found out that they lied about it not running and didn't even tell the tow guy that the car could run - he found that out later. Our mechanic did not find an issue and said the car was starting and running just fine for him, it just needed a new battery. We did not realize the extent of the con job Billion had pulled until we saw the paperwork they left in the car (my mechanic saw it and gave it to us). It clearly stated all they had done was charge the battery and that the car was starting and running. Why didn't that get relayed in the phone call to my daughter, or in the follow up call with me? One reason - they wanted to rip us off for a new starter. We have disputed their $254 charge because they lied to us about what they did and their services were not what they claimed. Their operations manager called me to find out why I would dispute the charge. I explained how they lied about the service and cost us even more money with a second towing due to their lie, he became angry and stuck by his lying colleagues. Clearly he needs some customer service training. What a disgrace to Bozeman and all Montanans to have such a lying, criminal dealer in our area. Unbelievable behavior.

Therewas very bad communication about my service. I waited 8 weeks for a warranty repair only to find out I was out of mileage and then I was charged $250 to have a code read (that I already knew):when all I wanted was an estimate for a thermostat replacement. Pure robbery! I spoke to service manager and general manager and both told me too bad so sad.

All is good with the Jeep dealership until you actually need something you paid for. Once they get your money they will Ghost you but that seems pretty typical with this place. Get shuffled around from person to person, leave messages with no response. Would not consider Billion for future purchases
