Needed a new key fob programmed. Charged us $200 and it didn't work. Took it back and they said the key fob was bad!! What? charged us $200 to program a defective key fob? The manager, of course, was in a "meeting" and not available. The employee (female) who we contacted said it was not their fault and they would not refund money. She was quite rude. Oh but she said she would have the manager call us when he was available. I know it is shocking, but he/she never called.

Given the opportunity would have given 0 stars (not an option) Absolute lack of communication, no responses to my inquiries about a service repair that was SCHEDULED, 15 days prior. Have NO idea if/or when the vehicle will be done, what the repair entailed, & what the estimated cost will be. NOTHING? Pointing out that it was very difficult on our end making transportation plans and modifying our schedules to be sure the vehicle was on-site and available for Billion Bozeman as requested. At this point Id take the vehicle back, go elsewhere!!!!!!! Our Inquiries have fallen on deaf ears....... Hoping others don't fall into the same situation as ours! Good luck. Sound Familiar Billion?

Express oil change a total joke. An hour longer than the expected wait. Better off going to local jiffy lube.

We broke down driving through Bozeman. They charged us $188 to just diagnose the problem and the service department manager avoided eye contact during the entire transaction. They then told us the parts we needed had no eta and were on back order indefinitely. We called a few other dealerships and had the parts shipped on our own in under a half hour of phone calls. Although our car repair was critical to our livelihood they refused to do the three hour repair and said would have to wait six weeks because we weren't local community members. Oh yeah, and they quoted us for ten hours of work... maybe that's why they are so far behind. We got towed to the crystler in Butte MT as soon as we realize it existed and they had us back on the road the same day. The staff at this dealership make this dealership outstandingly awful! Make the drive/tow to Butte, the people there are kind and curious and actually want to help you.
