Do not recommend. We have been with Bissell for many years and always paid up front and in full for our insurance.
The agency lacks communication, professionalism, and does not follow through. My buisness was unnessesarily exposed. Bissell gets good agents but they always leave. The revolving door people account for any possitive reviews. After 10 years, they know my needs, but sinply do not deliver. Save yourself exposure and aggrevation, row far away from this agency. The excuse from the owner is they are too busy.
Found a new agency that cares and gives customer service.

I've worked with Bissell for many years and have had wonderful service, quick response time, and positive interactions with all employees involved. Art supports our industry (Fishing Outfitters) with exceptional service and a continued presence to answer questions and adjust to our needs. JC took care of my business this year and was very thorough.
