Today we went in to get my blue collar husband some new work jeans. I want to preface this with he’s a quiet guy. When we went to check out an employee stated “might as well help you guys while I’m up here”.. yes you should. Then proceed to ask a couple questions I gave her answers to (rewards offer and if we wanted a bag for said jeans) then my husband pops over to pay for his jeans at the card machine. She then states “oh so you’re the money and she’s the answers?”. I’ve worked in the western industry for most of my 20s back home in Texas and with that came YEARS of customer service. I get you want to be personal and whatever but at no point should you comment on a customer’s financial situation. It’s not my business not make comments about your business? Definitely not yours girl. Anyways, do better.

I've been in retail for years and to see rude staff refusing to help big spending customers is sad. I asked an employee if she could help me with boots I loved and was ignored after she told me she would help me. Up to you as a customer to shop here, just be aware.

Manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful when I needed my hat taken care of. My hat also came out exactly how I asked with no complaints. Would go back again.

Was surprised that we couldn't find insulated work pants. We searched for some time and nobody came to ask if we needed help. Otherwise good selection.

Boot Barn does not have the the best service, but this place takes the cake! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not bother going to this store. The Employees are to busy sitting on their ass to help the customers.
