Everyone we dealt with on our first visit to Gallatin Import Group in Bozeman was friendly and very helpful. They showed concern for our safety in the new car lot because it was snowy and icy. Max Ricci showed us the vehicle we thought we were interested in but that ended up not being what we wanted. Max not only showed us but described in detail the various model options and we made the vehicle decision.
All others involved with closing the vehicle sale were professional, courteous and knew what they were doing!

I had such a great experience with Alejandro and Miles at Audi Bozeman. I had talked to a few other dealerships before this, and honestly, it often felt like they didn’t care if I bought a car or not. Alejandro and Miles were the complete opposite. They were quick to respond, genuinely friendly, and made me feel like my business actually mattered.
I bought my car from out of state, which can be a hassle, but they made the entire process simple and stress free. I would absolutely work with them again. Highly recommend!

Denali helped me with my 2015 Audi Q7 Premium Plus purchase. He was amazing from start to finish! From the test drive to final purchase, I was out the door in less than 2 hours. I purchased a used Jetta from them a few years ago and then traded that in for a 2023 Genesis G70 recently. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional, in spite of being very busy and short-staffed. I love my new(ish) car and I will go back to them when I need to get a new car. I love that their prices ARE the price, so no dickering needs to happen. Highly recommend!
