8-10 weeks (over two months) to do a simple shoe repair on two pairs of shoes. Also paid 30-40% more than originally quoted. Shoes barely shined and look very mediocre. Never called when they were done either. Result was high priced, below average quality and horrible customer service.

Drove 10 miles on nasty roads to get there for their 20% off sale. Were advertised open until 5pm. Got there at 4:07 and they were closed. Sign on door said open until 5pm.

170.00 pair of Harley-Davidson boots I thought I was going to have to throw in the trash. I sent them boots. A week later I got them back and they were in better shape than when I first bought them. Good job you have my business.

Took them 3x longer than promised and crazy expensive! All I needed was some new leather straps on one of my backpacks and took them over 2 months and then the charge was crazy expensive.

Garrett and the rest of the crew at Carter's Boots always go above and beyonnnnd! I first came to them at their downtown location to inquire about custom boots for my husband. I have been a loyal customer ever since. About a year ago Garrett made all my custom leather dreams come true. I brought Garrett a picture of a $2000 leather blanket and 2 months later I had an even better, bespoke version for myself. Just yesterday I popped into say "hello" and Garrett was able to remove a set in stain on my Valentino Rockstud booties, (in less than 7 minutes mind you) and I could not have been happier. Our next collaboration will be custom white Python and Caiman for my upcoming wedding. Do yourself a favor and GO IMMEDIATELY to Carter's, you will not be disappointed.

Well worth the drive out of town.
Very knowledgeable and kind people. The boot selection is fantastic, and they will find your perfect fit. I have a pretty specific shaped foot that didn't fit in any boot in town. Garrett helped me narrow down my exact size and style of boot in less than 10 minutes.
I'll support this local shop any chance I get.
