In and out was very quick. The staff was helpful and kind. Prices were good. There's convenient parking at the store. The skis were good and somehow survived all the rocks with only minor scratches (bad snow year). I would comeback again for sure.

I had to warranty a pair of ski boots with Chalet and they were so nice and clear with a timeline. Had a new pair of boots so quickly. Was super impressed with the customer service!
