Stayed here twice now over the holidays. Always a clean room, microwave, mini fridge and TV. The bathroom is nothing incredibly fancy (shower bath combo) but it is always in very nice shape, never dirty, always stocked on soaps, and other toiletries.
Very comfy beds and pillows, nice spacious enough room, and a thermostat.
Staff is nice, and helpful, and breakfast is very good!
Walkability: Walmart, Applebee's, a sports bar, and a Mexican restaurant are all fairly close
Food and drinks: Food and drinks for sale in lobby, a few restaurants nearby. Also has walmart right out back

Very comfortable rooms; very warm and quiet! Everything was clean and worked as it should. Was looking forward to the breakfast but I was so comfortable, I slept until 9:30 in the morning missing it 😞 Pool was open! The gal at the front desk needs to be a little more customer service oriented… she barely said anything and just started at me like she was petrified. Might as well been a self check in kiosk. Lol Everything is all right. We are all good. I definitely enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again ☺️

Economy, Hotel offered clean room and bed. No frills, but location was good and hotel was quiet. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strong cleaner smell would be my only complaint.

Next to the I-90 which makes it an ideal location to rest and relax.
Rooms: Nice and clean upon check in.

We had to stay in Bozeman as we were too sick to fly. Comfort Inn was the perfect place. Nice team members, clean room and excellent service. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Rooms: Extremely comfortable and clean.

The staff at the comfort Inn, especially Steve and Trevon are exceptionally helpful. They are very knowledge and quick to offer assistance, without hassle and red tape. I loved how smoothly everything went and the ease at which it was moving.

I am posting this for the benefit of those who, like me, sometimes stress over travel arrangements. This hotel is exactly what it proclaims itself to be. It is easy, convenient, and well-managed. The breakfast is good, the rooms are nice, and the service is more than adequate. Basically: If this is the kind of place you're looking for, you will be satisfied here. I was.

Nearby activities: You're in Montana!
Safety: It is safe.

Oof. Next time, immediately no. Our AC unit didn't work. We didn't realize it until after 10pm when we were ready for bed & fully unpacked. While an attempt to correct the issue was sort of made, after a long day of traveling to get here, we just wanted to sleep. We asked for a fan & opened the window. The fan given to us was old & dirty. Unfortunately for us, the next day was warmer, the room never cooled & we didn't sleep at all the 2nd night. Check your AC before you unpack & ask for another room if it doesn't work.
Walkability: Close to TARGET, restaurants & fast food options.

I'd give this place a 0 if I could. This place is absolutely terrible. Do not stay here. The front desk staff is terribly rude. They stripped my bed and just left the dirty sheets piled on the floor then when I showed up after working 14 hours outside they said they won't put it back together until the following day. Then girl at the front desk called me rude amd tried to kick me out of the hotel. When I asked to speak to the manager she called that person and they refused to come talk to me eventhough they were in the hotel. I cannot express in words how absolutely infuriating this is.
