I had an appointment today, and was very disappointed with the eye doctor. I felt that he was overall pretty rude to me, a young female, and made multiple comments that I did not believe to be sarcastic but to be unprofessional and not called for.

Took my number and waited in line. The person behind the counter kept helping people that she knew without calling numbers. A few of us kept getting skipped and I had to leave without my contacts because I was going to be late to a meeting. Very unprofessional.

This Costco gas had no line on a Thu late afternoon. We went inside to buy some bottled water and ended up buying a jacket, hiking sticks, a hat, and some socks. They stock the typical stuff most Costcos have but this one carried bear spray too.

I got a good Vision exam at Costco and anticipated a good experience with the glasses I bought. The woman who helped me was very nice but she took a bad measurement for where on the glasses to place the bifocals. I had never had this problem in 30 years of wearing bifocals so I didn't even know it could be a thing. I got the glasses and the bifocal placement was so low I had to raise my glasses up to see through them correctly. It didn't occur to me to take them back, I didn't know that was possible. After dealing with it for a few months I found out by accident that I could have returned them and asked them to try again but it was too late. So please take note that there is a return window where you can have a problem corrected rather than putting them in a drawer like I had to do. I went back to Walmart and had the best experience ever!

Costco gas is where it's at. Lowest prices around. You have to pump your own in Montana but that's easy. Always the best!!!Kudos to Costco.

So. I have been a loyal Costco fan and follower for years. However the service I received last week was the worst customer service I have ever had. Just wanted my tire repaired. Brought it in. They refused to fix it because i had used a plug to repair it previously. Then asked about the warranty. I bought the tires 6 months ago. The said they were too worn. So. I called customer service. They told me that none of that information was correct but that they couldn't do anything because it was up to the techs discretion. I brought it to my local tire shop. They had no problem fixing it. Then measured the tire tread. Told me it was at 90 percent. Well above the warranty specifications.
