This is some of the best quality meat my family and I have ever had in our lives. We got tired of the quality of walmart meat and now we can never go back to it!! This business destroyed it for us in the best possible way, haha. Plus the people who work here are helpful and friendly. I suggest the sundried tomato and basil pork chops, they're delicious!

Amazing butcher shop/ smoke meats!!! Some women ohh and ahh jewelry stores but for me it’s was their meat case. I want to try everything immediately but I got to pace myself and luckily I’ll be here all summer. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the ladies. I got a rack of the baby backs and it’s was amazing quality and was meaty too.

We stopped here on our way into yellowstone picked up porterhouse steaks,bison ribeye,elk ribeye, burger patties, elk sausage, bacon cheeseburger sausage. 3lbs of different bacon, and the meat and cheese trailmix, and beef jerky.We also picked up in house seasonings and the bootlegger Bourbon sauce. Everything we ate was exceptionally delicious, high quality and packed with flavor. Staff was very nice and had great recommendations. A+ service and meats. I will be returning anytime I visit again.

Picked up the bulk Hot Italian sausage they made from my wild game meat, and I cooked some up tonight and it tasted phenomenal. In my experience, most times venison trim can be too gamey to eat by itself, you have to cook it in a chili or red sauce for a couple hours, but this was edible right out of the pan by itself, and it cooked up so nice and crispy. I was slightly disappointed to learn bulk sausage (ground meat in 1lb tubes) is different than sausage links, my fault for not knowing but you might just make it a little more clear for folks, and I would be very excited if you offered your Hot Italian sausage as links next year, I know I'll be dropping my trim off again, thanks!
