I have always rented with Enterprise and on my recent trip to MT, I called this location to ask what their debit card policy was as I was flying in from out of state. I spoke to a very nice young man that explained the policy to me, which included showing proof of my return flight. I catch a Lyft there from airport, with all of my bags, only for the woman at the counter to tell me that out of state debit cards were not permitted. What? I was not made aware of that policy and told her I spoke with someone who said I would just need to show my return flight. She excused herself to go check with her manager. You would think calling ahead and checking the policy would be sufficient, but my first experience in MT became instantly stressful. Luckily she emerged and said her manager said it was fine. It would be helpful if everyone was on the same page with what policies are. The car was okay, but the car would not synch with a phone for music or GPS. We tried everything and to no avail. Normally, when I rent from Enterprise the deposit is returned to my account within a few days from returning the rental. This doesn't seem to be the case with this location. It was not a horrible experience, but my first underwhelming experience with Enterprise.

A word of advice, last week of December 2023 I rented a Jeep at Enterprise Bozeman Airport and I made the mistake at pick up of just checking the body and outside of the Jeep. After a trip of a week, (the Jeep was mainly parked, and also driven on regular roads), never felt or noticed causing any damage, but at the time of return, (I was not told anything then), l got a communication saying that the Jeep was damaged, (undercarriage), a crack of about 4 or 5 inches on a panel, The estimate of the repair was $2,900.00 approx. and I had to pay a $500.00 deductible, I have learned now, next time I rent, I will thoroughly check for any previous damage even under the vehicle, and take pictures of anything out of the ordinary, you guys should do the same to minimize the risk of unexpected damage or at least make sure you have a good chance of not ending up paying for someone else's damage to your rental, Other than that, Yellowstone was wonderful :)

Horrible! When we booked the rental, not once did they mention they only take credit cards before we even arrived! When asked if we could use debit, they told us we needed proof of address since our drivers license didn’t not match our current residency. Overall, bad experience!

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was snowy so car was not fully cleaned off but the bigger issue is the tires, it continues to amaze me that rental car companies like Enterprise rent perfectly capable vehicles, AWD/4WD SUV's but put absolutely horrible ties on them. The tires on the Jeep Cherokee I rented were so bad I could not make it to my house, even though I am able to make the same climb in a pick up in 2 WD with good all season truck tires. It was a scary experience driving the vehicle in winter conditions and I've lived through 49 Montana winters with a variety of vehicles...Step up your game and put real tires on the vehicles you rent!

I would like to personally thank Jaycee from enterprise. I really appreciate her hospitality, professionalism, and truly willing to help us get the best deal with renting a vehicle from enterprise. It really means a lot to me that she did what she could to give me and my wife the best experience and service and I just wanted to make sure that it didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again and I will plan on using Enterprise in the future!

I have received the BEST customer service from Enterprise at the Babcock location. I had to contact them because there were some issues with my rental being approved by my insurance claim, and Alex was AMAZING! He was so professional and was willing to go over and beyond to help me. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were also extremely kind and helpful. I would give them more stars if I could!

Terrible. I drove an hour and a half to this place. I had everything they told me I needed to bring, only to be told I couldn't get it because of stupid rules they have about credit cards. Savannah was terrible. She wouldn't even look me in the eye or help me to figure out a solution. Then she pushed me out of the way. I ended up getting a beautiful car from Budget and was given excellent service.

This branch is TERRIBLY managed. The car was filthy, non-working window vipers, cars are in terrible shape. Nobody knows what their actual job is, the manager is basically a disconnected robot and keeps everyone on edge and in fear because no one knows what is going on and is either operating out of fear or ego. This is one of the absolute worst car rental branches I have ever been to.

My wife and I had a great experience with Enterprise located at 4780 W. Babcock St. in Bozeman, MT. Abby,Samantha and Josh were great to deal with. Abby gave us an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. I spoke with Samantha and Josh on several occasions and even had to go back to the office one day to have new tags put on. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They went way beyond what was required of them and it was our best experience that we’ve had with Enterprise. With friendly and professional employees like these we will be back.Super Employees !!!!!!!

We received a mirage that had several cosmetic issues. After starting the drive to our vacation house, we noticed even more random broken cosmetic problems within the car. A few days in, the car had issues starting. Enterprise was very responsive and accommodating. They offered to switch the vehicle, and apologized immediately. Savannah at this office was very professional and was able to make everything right with us. I highly recommend it.

I've used this location 3 or 4 times within a year. I can't think of any complaints. They're always friendly and efficient. They also offer a ride within city limits prior to drop off.
