We stopped at Ferguson in Bozeman while on vacation to get ideas for a kitchen remodel. Sales person Kade Ohlendorf was extremely helpful even though he knew we would be ordering from our local Ferguson store when we get home.

Terrible customer service
Hard to reach and don't have the people to help deal with issues or questions. They have a massive market presence so let us not allow them to dominate as they can't take care of their customers.
Wayfair does a better job.

Terrible customer service! Zero communication...will never shop here again and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. We ordered a set of kitchen appliances well over a year ago. Although they were fully paid, we STILL haven't received our dishwasher. They have made three different delivery attempts - they delivered the wrong color twice, and the door was bent and broken on the third attempt. Despite the issue with the dishwasher, the real issue is the horrid customer service. They say they will call you back in 10 minutes, but then they don't call at all. They just don't care about their customers, and it shows.

I ordered a appliance package in July. Was told it would take 10-20 weeks. Then they collected my payment in full and neglected to place my order. I called in august with a simple question having no idea my order wasn't even placed and no one called me back, then called again in September, and October still with no return call. I emailed them in October to finally get a return email letting me know the order was never placed. They did nothing to get my appliances at the time they should have arrived if the order had been placed correctly and said "sorry, now you don't get your appliances until February".

We got bumped up in countertop installation which put us in hot water to get a sink in just under 2 weeks. We came in at end of day and was lucky enough to have Molly help us out. She worked with us to help narrow down what was available and align that with exactly what we wanted. End result, she got the sink to us super fast and with more than enough time to spare before our install. Not to mention, it looks great. The staff out in four corners were also real easy to talk to and work with. Will be coming back soon to discuss our bathroom remodel. Oh and the sink turned out amazing.

Ferguson is an fantastic source for kitchen, lighting, bathe/shower and appliance needs. Their showroom is well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff is excellent in terms of their knowledge, professionalism, follow through and support. We most dealt with Molly Stewart (whom I have nominated for the Nobel prize). Molly is a person that responds in a timely manner... and makes things right in case of snafus (whether it was our mistake or something else). I have dealt with many sales organizations and Ferguson's is one of the best.....highly recommend

Excellent customer service. My plumber and I did not know the type of valve that was installed in my shower. I took a picture and the Ferguson folks tracked it down for me. They found very good quality trim for my bathroom and kitchen remodel and the process was quick and easy. Nice discount from the online price.

They have an extensive showroom of high end refrigerators, ovens, stoves from Sub Zero, Wolf, Thermidor and many other fine brands. The sales people are knowledgeable and egger to assist.

We ordered appliances in Jan for a remodel. When trying to install the range, we discovered the oven vents were not aligned properly. The improper alignment would allow the moisture coming from the ovens to dribble down the back and insulation in the stove. Ferguson's ordered a second stove, which arrived with the same damage? We refused that damaged range.

Decent place but got our shower head wrong after a lengthy conversation about the shower head. Good selection but make sure your on the same page with your plumber to get his discount.
