We were visitors passing through Bozeman and needed our brakes repaired. Steve and his crew had a full schedule on a Saturday, but nevertheless found a way to squeeze us in and complete the repair while we waited. They went above-and-beyond to help us and delivered excellent customer service! Thanks Steve and crew for your help today!!!

Women beware!! Scammers!! went to this location on Sunday, July 21st, 2024. I was told ahead of time that in order to do an alignment they would need to do an inspection to ensure they could do the alignment. That’s fine. They called me after the inspection was complete to tell me that I needed rotors and breaks along with a wheel bearing on my front end. This is all work that I had done very recently and was able to pull up the invoices from when I purchased the parts. They had also told me I need rear tires I was quoted 1500 dollars for this work and told that they would not do an alignment until it was complete. I thought it was odd because I had recently done all this work. I told them I would do it myself and then went and got a second opinion at mechanic I trust very highly. Nothing wrong with my car at all. I would not recommend coming here especially if you’re a woman because they will try to scam you. Don’t waste your time or money going to this dumpster fire.

Firestone takes care of my essential maintenance: oil changes, batteries, fluids, etc. I had a recent issue with their service, and Steve, manager, was on it. He remained professional, was helpful and ensured that my issue was taken care of completely. I'll use Firestone again. Thanks Steve!

This place was amazing. They got me in super fast. I already knew what I needed done but they still did due diligence and covered all their bases. They also did some test they did not need to but were appreciated and gave me peace of mind about my truck. Overall A+ work and service and would strongly recommend.

Melissa and Kyle are AMAZING!!! I was passing through Bozeman on a Saturday morning when my outback overheated and started spewing antifreeze. It was awful. Not only was Firestone one of the only shops in town open, but they were the ONLY place willing and able to make repairs on the weekend. They took me in almost immediately, listened to the problem, and asked for clarification when needed. **They didn't use scare tactics** (this is huge and rare!) and shared all info once they had ran tests and gathered info. Ultimately, I was in and out within a couple of hours with an excellent fix to the problem. This is by far some of the best service I've ever received.
PS: the dealership in town wanted to wait until Monday morning to do a nearly thousand dollar repair. Go to Firestone first!!

Their pricing is good.
Their hours are really good, but the one lady that works there is so freaking rude.
