Erin Williams settled my worries and provided me many options. I was going in there to close my accounts, but she was informative about how visa operates, insights into my relationship to my bank (been there for about a decade), and helped me consider ideas that can help me with my financial distress. She was up front with what she knew and what she didn't and gave me the appropriate contact card. Thanks, Erin!5 stars for Erin, but 4 for the bank overall. Thanks!

I myself or one of my coworkers have the pleasure to come here everyday on work business and often on professional as well, regardless of anyone's day Gail and Maria and everyone else at this location is absolutely amazing! Wonderful relationships and jokes and an endless amount of laughs and smiles from the amazing gals at the Cottonwood location! Can't imagine having any of them leave or any of us having to go to a different location! ❤️??Thanks for the always outstanding, amazing and sometimes sassy (which is always needed with Carson) customer service!!!

I stopped by the drive through on Friday at 4:30pm because our debit card stopped working and the gal working the window said they shut off that machine at 4pm but to come back “anytime tomorrow and they can help me out”. Just went through the drive through today and they said they can make debit cards on Saturday. Please get on the same page about when you can and can’t do something. Not impressed with the “customer service”.

For the local branch workers they're all pretty nice and helpful for most basic banking needs and I would give more stars if that was the end all, BUT every single other aspect of banking with First Security has been beyond terrible. Multiple cases of fraud not being checked let alone stopped, tried to go paperless and stopped getting statements entirely, repeatedly losing access to online and mobile banking for no reason then not being able to access the account until I go into a branch, and having such poor phone customer service it makes USPS look like saints in comparison. I would whole heartedly recommend banking in North Korea before First Security.
