My rent has gone from $85 a month to $150 in less than a year since SROA took over. They have raised rent every 3-4 months. We have been renting for over 25 years. Pity. Looking elsewhere.

We rented for several years at the Huffine location in Bozeman, Montana. While nobody is happy about the rising costs of living, I wasn't happy to see our storage rates go up either. I think it still remained competitive for the market though.
The 5 stars is for the fact that we could access our unit whenever we needed, and it renaubed water tight and mouse proof for 8 years.
Also, the local manager Candie was wonderful to rent from. Always friendly and helpful.
