I rented here because of the low rate I got when I signed up. I was planning on keeping stuff here until we found our forever home so I didn't want to pay and arm and a leg since it will be awhile. The price has gone up over the last few months and when I called to find out why I was told that the normal price for a 10x20 is 160.00 per month. Apparently they start with the low introductory rate and then take the price up slowly until it gets to the full price of 160.00.
