Price of a pre owned controller listed at 44.99. Gets rang up as 54.99 and they won’t change it.
It had a sticky button so I had to bring it back the next day. I asked if I could then replace it with a different controller listed at 54.99 (since that is what I paid). Nope. Has to be the same, I’m told.
So I grab another controller listed at 44.99 and it again rings up at 54.99 (how is that legal). So I’m just out that $10.
I’m then told I have to purchase the $10.99 warranty again because I used the first one already retuning the sticky button controller.
So I ended up spending $77 on a pre owned controller. I could have just purchased a brand new one for that price, or cheaper. I understand it was my choice to go with a pre owned controller but those policies seem very shady.
The employee did nothing wrong they were simply following policy. I should have just bought one online. Waste of time and money

One of the staff members is disrespectful and rude, doesn't want to answer questions and makes you feel stupid. Been going to this store since 2001 and don't think I'll return after this experience.

This place Always gets me in Trouble.... with the latest gadgets, gizmos and Games from my youth to the present!!! Grabbed Mr. Pacman, GaLaGa, Streetfighter and Megaman after watching PiXeLs!!! Then I had to grab some Mario Bros stuff too!!!

Connor was awesome. It was 15 minutes past close and we meandered in there cuz the gate was open and we suck sometimes.Friend wanted to pre order Spider Man and Connor took care of us.

After selling me Playstation 4 to them for a store credit with a promise that I buy PlayStation 5 Digital after 3 days when it arrives to their store, I was forced to pay extra $70 for a terrible kids’ game that I don’t need. I can’t get my PlayStation 4 back, I can’t cash out the store credit that I was given to buy a PlayStation 5 from any other shop. Thieves and liars. Online shopping is better than paying double for things that you don’t need.

After all of these years (literally, decades), it's amazing to see this GameStop still here. I visited on a trip back home this past summer and it was like visiting a time capsule. ? Various stores have come and gone at this Bozeman mall, but it's incredibly heartening to see this GameStop still going strong. They had a good selection and we were able to find a PS5 here this past June! (Note: To buy one though, you needed to first buy into their "PowerUp Rewards Pro" program.)
