My washer broke so went to Home Depot and bought the whole washer and dryer set. They could not give a delivery date and charged over 200 buck to deliver to McAllister MT when they deliver to Ennis MT for free and they drive right by McAllister on the way to Ennis. called and found the washer and dryer were delivered to the store so asked when delivery was going to be they kept changing the date then gave to excuse they don't have the washer and dryer and while on the phone talking to them said I was thinking of canceling the order and they put me on hold and get a reordered message while on hold order canceled. So, went to Lowe's got same set cheaper and free delivery and a delivery date never again will I buy anything from Home Depot again biggest runaround and when you live were there no Lundry mat and your washer broken don't go to Home Depot. And if your in McAllister and need a washer and dryer or other appliance go to Lowes free delivery don't go to Home Depot they nickel and dime you like charge for delivery and no delivery date could be a month or more before you get it. And they cancel you order when they get tired of dealing with you.Adding stuff to my review. On May 15 Home Depot refunded 1600.OO to my Bank account it never came Home Depot robbed me of 1600.00 bucks I call they said it was sent to my bank and my bank says it never arrived. Home Depot robbed me of 1600.00 dollars and I had to buy another washer and dryer at Lowes now worried about paying bills because of the missing money. Avoid this Home Depot use a credit card easier to get your money back if robbed by Home Depot 5 days and no refund lost some were and Home Depot lost it, or someone there stole it there.

I feel like every time I visit HD they've hired employees that don't really have any understanding of the products they sell. I asked for assistance with locating an item and stood in front of the service counter for 20 minutes while the two gals answered phone calls and assisted other customers. A gentleman walked up and asked if I'd been helped, his name was Derek, and I explained that I had been helped, but was waiting for further assistance as I am disabled and was unable to locate the product in question. Instead of assisting me, he radioed another employee to come help. I bid him thanks and a good day and he walked away without even saying another word. I waited another 10 minutes and assistance never arrived. How does someone like this become the GM of a place like HD? It discouraged me from returning in the future. Thanks, Derek...

Earlier this evening, my boyfriend and picked up 4 dining room chairs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with our online order. Wonderful staff and we will continue to make purchases there!

Really nice Home Depot. Had to purchase a new gas grill after moving to Bozeman. They had the full line of Webber grills, unlike the Portland Oregon HD that only has the small ones. Jan hooked us up with exactly what we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's smaller than the Portland HD, but better stocked IMHO. Thanks again Jan, you rock!!!

This was a terrible experience. I bought 10 bags of insulation. Returned eight of them unopened. Because it had one sky number they refused to return. After protesting, three levels of management refused it. I filed a consumer protection complaint,, And a month later I got my money back. Bad customer relations. I was already angry at refusals. And i refuse to shop there now.

If you shop at this Home Depot you know it's always a mess never has anything in stock for it's tools or deals. And the staff has no interest in making things work for the customers in my year in Montana I have bought more from Kenyon Nobel because they honor and match the deals Home Depot won't.

Purchased a new oven that got delivered December 2. had and issue and took over a month to get someone out to fix it. still is having issues and sales rep for appliance department will no longer respond. I have been kind through this process since it is a manufacturing issue. GE won't help because it's on home Depot. No longer happy and will keep writing reviews until it's resolved. 3 months with a non functioning, brand new oven is unacceptable.

Bought washer and dryer. They scheduled delivery for a day we aren't available. Refused to reschedule. I will buy all future purchases from Lowes. Home Depot just lost a very large purchaser.

Horrible delivery service. Been dropped by the system twice, can't get a hold of the delivery people to reschedule. Been 2 months since I purchased my appliance. Been on the phone and waiting for them to show a total of three different days now three different times, now with another dropped promise of install after my husband suggested a better bureau complaint. Even better, is getting disconnected and the run around when you want to talk to a supervisor. I bought my next appliance from a reliable private business.

Despite warnings I received from my general contractor and others, I still used Home Depot because they had a good sale on Andersen Windows and Appliances (Black Friday). However, it is not worth it. A window came damaged and they did replace it but it was a major hassle, both for the schedule of our remodel and also in dealing with Home Depot. We also bought a whole houseful of appliances, which turned out even worse. Apparently there is only a 2 day window after delivery in which Home Depot feels they are responsible for helping replace or fix an appliance that was damaged from the factory (they never expressed this to us, but say it is somewhere in the fine print of our receipt). Yes, it took us significantly longer than their 2-day window to take it out of the box and install it, but it still has most of the protective wrap, etc. on it. We have never used it and we did not damage it. After multiple phone calls including to the store manager, they say they will not help and we need to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer says it is Home Depot's responsibility. Do not make any major purchase from this store! It is not worth it! Management should know I was planning to make another purchase of around $10k of windows and doors in a few months and will not be doing this now.

Worst customer service I've had at a hardware store. Customer service manager wouldn't even look at me when I asked if they price matched online. She just snorted and said "no". I'll be going to Lowes next time.
