Worst experience
I used the app I specifically picked the one by my house waited 101 minutes get there and they say u logged into Gallatin center. I know I didn't because I'm right down the street and it's a map. They say no problem and have me wait everyone coming in is taken another 50 minutes I left. Disrespectful. I have Flight later and now I can waste my time watching haircuts and not getting mine cut for the meetings tomorrow. Never going to this lousy place again

My husband needed his haircut for a wedding. We were from out of town and he was looking a little wild and woolly. We were able to make an online appointment, actually put him on a waitlist with a specific time to show up. We tried other barbers in Bozeman and they were all Booked. Great clips and a nice job and my husband‘s here and got him in and out quickly. He said his stylist was very friendly.

Awful. The lady hacked at my hair with a razor blade until I had 3 inches of hair left. Asked her to keep certain parts longer, she agreed, and hacked them off immediately after. The haircut I asked for was not difficult and I have gotten it at a different great clips no problem before. This is the first haircut I've ever gotten that had me crying in my car right after. While waiting she was very loudly insulting people in my age group which did not make me feel comfortable in the first place. Not coming back, God awful

I went in to get a haircut and a younger guy with a beard and brown hair helped me out. He was extremely unprofessional and rude the entire time. I've had great experiences here in the past so I was caught off guard when this gentleman acted this way. He started off by demanding that I be checked in online then saying that it was just making his job harder when I let my hair down for him (I was truly just trying to help). Then when I asked his opinion on whether layers would work for my face shape (since he has more experience styling/cutting hair than I do) he just said I don't know it's your hair but if you don't style it layers would look stupid.Also during the haircut he brought up to me that he had a warrant, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.It was just sad because he was rude the entire time but right at the end when I gave him a tip (because that's just polite) his entire demeanor changed and he was suddenly very nice.Most of the time, great clips is a good friendly place to go, just this guy was something else.

Their online check-in function has not worked for weeks showing a bogus error message. I tried check-in on my phone and on my laptop using different browsers. The issue is definitely on their end. They are likely throttling this service to avoid long customer lists. Ended up going somewhere else.

I had went in for a lineup that’s all and somehow they still messed that up I am now missing a full sideburn while the other looks completely untouched I was to busy to really check while I was there so now I have to go pay someone else to fix this. Thanks great clips.Service: Haircut

Have been to this location for a haircut twice now and have had great experiences both times. HOPE has cut my hair both times and she is awesome! She is the only hair stylist to give me a haircut that I love when I walk out the door. She’s great!

Every time I go here I have a great experience. It’s nice because if you can’t get a good wait time you can just walk around to the various stores that are nearby. Wait times are usually within 30-50 min which is it too bad and is also worth the wait. Each visit I have had was efficient, quick, and friendly. I would recommend this establishment to others seeking their services and will likely return in the future.
