Worst experience ever, so I go and get my kids his haircut, and I specifically tell them and show them exactly. What I wanted and once there done I check my kids hair cute and there hairy was so not what I asked them the employees were super rude

Stylist: I paid 39.99 for a hair cut, they cut my hair with nasty dirty clippers , which I started to get pimples in back of my head, and there is a pimple that keeps coming back and scabbing up

Worst experience I've ever had a haircut. Liberal cat ladies offering terrible service. I'll never use great clips again. Worst experience ever. 200 minutes and no haircut. Get what u pay for I guess and great clips is 4x the price they should be charging for this location service

Worst place I’ve been, the girl just took a cogarette and came back to cut my hair with all the smell of it, after asking questions she took an aggressive attitude towards me and just basically cut the hair, she made a line wrong not even asked how I want it or what, horrible costumer service

I had never been to a great clips before.My grandson and daughter in law were here visiting from north dakota and he needed a haircut.Their system of Sending you a text letting you know when it's your turn is awesome.We didn't have a long wait.Jamie was the stylist that did his hair..Everything about her was amazing..She joked around with him and us.. And did an amazing job on his hair..They are lucky to have such an amazing customer service oriented stylist..I would highly recommend this locationAnd Jaimie.
