Rooms are very dated. I saw the log furniture on arrival and was excited but the rooms were a major letdown.

Not a great hotel. Bathroom was dirty and looks like a lot of it should be replaced. Didn’t have any shampoo in the dispenser. Old feeling rooms with gross carpet. Lobby was ok and woman at the front was helpful. Location was good. Just disappointed in the room. I’ve stayed at many many Hampton Inns, this is up there as one of the worst.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Staff were friendly, but the room was subpar. The air conditioner was barely functional, so we restlessly sweated our way through the night. The door handle only worked it you pushed it upward, the carpet had multiple burn marks, the chair fabric was ripped, and there was a previous guests soap still in the shower (which leads me to suspect it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival). I would not recommend.

Very disappointed. We are in Bozeman and our view is of a dumpster and some kind of abandon hotel. Room 249. We are diamond members. No hot water for tea in the lobby for an evening cup, I was down there after 8 pm. Microwave but no place to get water. The front doors open oddly so difficult to get a cart through them. The TV is large, nice screen but to find a channel, you have to scroll each channel. Guide did not work. The air/heater is terribly loud. Location is close to downtown and close to airport.

I just left Hampton Inn in beautiful Bozeman , MT. I was helped by the most amazing employees: Lee- breakfast, Dillon- laundry and much more, wonderful Tony at the front desk....but especially the wonderful woman managing them and everything else Coty. Make time for this well-run hotel with the beautiful view...

Good hotel and friendly staff, but needs a renovation! I guess that Bozeman gets busy in the summer with Yellowstone tourists, but the price of this Hampton Inn, with outdated bathrooms and noisy A/C units, is comparable to that of fancier hotels.

We were up all night from the overwhelming stench of toxic mold embedded into the carpet. We requested a point refund. The processing has been total procrastination and a run around the management of this location. The facility allowing the room to be occupied is a disgrace. The facility is a health hazard and should be shut down forthwith and all carpets should be ripped out and replaced of all rooms.

I had a bad experience with my reservation. Went to their website and called the number and it turned out to be a third party vendor. The reason for the reservation and trip changed and I called 48 hours in advance to cancel and they could not do it. I think the direct number should be placed on every website up front and visible. Lost my future business and everyone I know hopefully.

We have stayed at arguably hundreds of hotels and I don't recall ever leaving a negative review. This place started off well with check-in. Lobby is fine and front desk was helpful.
Other reviews describe the rooms as dated- this is an understatement. The smell when we walked in was overwhelmingly disgusting. The carpet has to be 40+ years old and has lumps and bumps that should not be there. There is 100% some kind of water damage and probably mold in the room we stayed in. We tried to open the window on a 95 degree day because the room desperately needs some fresh air and it opened maybe 1 inch. We left the window open and went to dinner, only to return to the smell being just as awful. Based on other reviews, we didn't have confidence that other rooms would be any better. It's honestly just wrong that you expose your housekeeping staff to that on a daily basis, let alone guests. For what we paid for this hotel, I would classify it as a scam. They should be charging $50 a night for these rooms. The motels down the street would probably be a better value. We've been loyal Hilton customers for many years and we are super disappointed in this stay.

1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Stay
As a Hilton Gold member and a loyal customer for years, this was by far my worst experience with the chain. I stayed one night on a business trip to Bozeman, and the bathroom was an absolute nightmare. The shower wouldn’t drain, and when I opened the drain myself, it was clogged with hair and disgusting grime—as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The sink was also a mess, with a tap that didn’t fully close.
I couldn’t switch rooms that morning because of a tight schedule, but what made things worse was the front desk’s indifferent attitude. When I complained, they acted like this was normal and didn’t even offer an apology, compensation, or any form of help. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I strongly do not recommend staying here

The rooms are quite dated. Reminds me more of some motel. The carpets were stained quite bad and yellowing shower/ tub. Doors also had a lot of grime on them. They made the lobby look nice, they just forgot about the rooms we sleep in. Its pretty crazy this place cost me 300$ a night for motel quality. The service was nice though and slightly made up for it

Older facility but clean and comfortable. Easy to access the airport and close to many restaurant options.
