Terra is amazing! I’ve seen her a few times both for haircuts and color service and she kills it every time. She is always thoughtful and listens to what you ask for while still using her professional expertise to give you the best service. I always leave my appointment feeling extremely happy with my hair!

The stylist was wonderful and very, very friendly but sadly my hair color just didn’t come out the way I had hoped when it came to my highlights. She said she only had a year of experience, I would have hoped for the $175 I paid to dye my very short (ear-length) hair and do half set of highlights (no haircut or style - just a round brush blow out) that I would have gotten a more experienced stylist. I can’t say the experience is a deal breaker but it was a disappointment since I am leaving on a trip tomorrow that I was getting this for and now there is really no time to correct it. I was told that it is not possible to get a dramatic 3D dark brown base dye topped with chunky Caramel/blonde highlights on hair as short as mine but I have literally had this done on my hair when it was a buzz cut through a “shoe polish” method so…… I know it can be done. All in all, friendly service but I did not feel listened to or validated in the end. A lot of money spent just to have to spend it again to fix the color to what I had asked for to begin with.

I had my hair done by Katie for the first time and I am so happy with the results! I have really thick, blonde hair and she was able to give me the most beautiful balayage color and cut. It’s hard to find someone who can tone blonde hair correctly and blend the roots without leaving any demarcation lines. She nailed it! If you have blonde hair, I highly recommend going to Katie. Not only is she talented with hair, but she is also so sweet and fun to talk to.
I have also had my hair done by Korey and she is amazing with blondes as well. Honestly, I would trust any of the ladies at Hera to do my hair. The salon has a very chill environment and there is always parking right out front which is a plus.

Hands down an amazing place to get your hair styled, or complete any number of other services. So many amazing stylists focused with great onboarding, ongoing training, and they support each other to achieve great results. They have all types of clients, including kids. They offer many other services, which have all been great as well!
