Hello, my name is Hudson, and I recently went shopping at Home Depot looking for plastic pond liner. To start off, the store and staff were very unorganized about where plastic liner was located within the store. I was sent to lots of different sections in the store before I actually found the liner. The employees were not very helpful or understanding with what I was looking for.

As a Pro, I appreciate the extra effort and service I receive. This is my new life,new business, since my previous career was eliminated due to outsourcing. The people seem to really care about helping me, I am grateful for their positive attitudes.

Bought a fridge in store, and set it up for delivery, was told if delivery date didn't work I could come get it, went in 3 days later and attempted to pickup the fridge, it was still sitting right there in the box where it was when we bought it, but they insisted it was already shipped and would arrive in 2 weeks, they refused to allow me to take the fridge I purchased and now I have to drive back across the state and install this fridge for my disabled mother whenever it arrives. Very silly and costly policy against your customers, I'll buy my materials from Lowe's from now on.

Purchased a bathroom vanity when it arrived. It had been damaged and they put Puddy on it and still try to sell it to us at full price! Then they broke the bathroom doors on the same order. Shop, anywhere else!!! if I could give them negative stars, I would! the staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience after waiting for this to arrive. Very very disappointed.

This Home depot has friendly staff and they dont avoid you like some other stores do. I found what what I was looking for without much effort. Overall it was a good experience overall.

If you are looking to do it yourself, but need a little guidance than look no further than Perry in plumbing. He will point you in the right direction whether you need supplies or an expert to help you get the job done. The first time. He has the knowledge. The only down side is he's a favorite among customers and contractors alike so you might have to wait your turn. The Home Depot is my favorite local hardware store because of people like Perry. And of course Jeremy double trouble Brooks!

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. It’s a complete mess with aisles that you can’t even walk down, they’re constantly out of stock with the stuff you need, and finding someone to help you is a chore. Save yourself the headache: cross the street and go to Lowe’s or head to Kenyon Noble.

This review simply relates to the curbside pickup. In short, although it lists it as an option, it is non existent . I’ve attempted curbside pickup multiple times and have yet to be successful . Each time after waiting 20-30 minutes I’ve walked inside to the counter to get my order . Staff is always pleasant inside, but they always seem unaware that the curbside pickup button has been pushed on my end. The app clearly states to “sit back and wait” for somebody to bring the order out, but this never occurs. Perhaps it is a technical issue on the store’s end . Either way it is quite aggravating . The store itself is fine. Don’t use curbside pickup as you will not receive your order curbside.

They don't have any trained personnel. Home Depot need s to get it together. I worked with Debra from the flooring department. She'll place your order and screw it all up for you. These people are incompetent. Come on home Depot what's up with that ? I'll buy my stuff from Lowes from now on.

I have been to this Home Depot many times, and every time, it takes 2+ hours to get the lumber I need. Getting a team to take down a bunk with a forklift is like herding cats. I’m giving it 2 stars because sometimes there is a diamond in the rough (who are lovely, helpful people). Finding them, however, is a hunt of its own.If you’re trying to get a job done, and you don’t want to waste a work day…I’m sorry. Maybe not here.

These frigin' guys took my cart while I was loading a door. That's heavy fellas. I had to walk around the whole place, searching for a flat cart and soon as I took my hand off it the colored guys took it. Just to mess with me I think. I don't appreciate that. I've been shopping HD since it opened and I've hung a thousand doors. What do I need that kind of treatment for? I don't. I can get the same door anywhere. Most places will load it for me.

That whole “you can do it we can help” yeah, the older lady in the garden section clearly doesn’t think that!! She could not be bothered to simply point me in the right direction. I almost left completely but really needed my item. So, thank you to the young lady at the customer service counter who walked from the counter out to the garden center to show me where they were. (Wish I would have gotten her name)
