I have used Horizon Credit Union for several vehicle loans and have always been satisfied with the rates and service provided. Additionally, since the branch opened in the Bozeman Smith's, I have had the pleasure of personally dealing with several wonderful people for my services. Tia is fantastic. Rich is awesome. They have always been professional, courteous, responsive, helpful, and friendly. Nothing less. Ever. They have gone above and beyond to help me. They have answered long emails within minutes. They have waived fees. They have dropped everything to phone the head office or check my balance. I make a point to say hi to them every time I go shopping because I have had nothing but excellent experience from Tia, Rich, and Sara when she was there. I would recommend visiting this branch of this bank to anyone. Exemplary service and friendly personnel.

The people that work at Horizon Credit Union in Bozeman are the best. They are always there with a smile and are so helpful. Our old bank didn’t even come close to the customer service we get at Horizon.
The problems with the new debit cards we resolved quickly by them and even though the problems arose with not being able to authorized by phone and it cause a real problem with several of our auto pays Rich and the other gal that works with us got it done.
We love the staff there and they deserve praise.

Very unprofessional teller who was extremely sassy and condescending. She had her dog in there as well. What kind of professional company has their dog in a bank in a grocery store. She was very rude about not being able to make me a card today even though they told me yesterday I can and did not apologize at all. Huge ego attached to a huge woman. The manager of this store should lose her job because she clearly doesn’t have customer service skills.

Tia was a great help when I had a payment that didn't pay the same day. She went above and beyond her duties to help me figure out why my payment didn't get paid for 8 days. She is kind and understanding with people.

I was visiting family in Montana and we needed to go to the bank~ which I dreaded. I'm from California, and going to the bank is like an hour(s) long process. Tia Howdeshell helped us and let me say she was so AMAZING! Tia was tremendously helpful, well informed and provided a lot of information to us. I wish we had more customer service like that back home. I'm glad to know my family is being taken care of when I'm not there to assist. Thank you Tia!
