“My fiance and I had a wonderful time working with Alara to order an engagement ring!
We walked into the store knowing next to nothing about rings and they were extremely helpful. They didn't push us to get something with a big price tag and we were given a ton of options within our budget. They helped us learn everything we needed to know about the different metals, stones, and settings.
Their communication throughout the whole process was also excellent - I don't think they took more than an hour to respond over text during their business hours.
We also had several big life changes after ordering the ring and we moved twice between the time when we first met them and when we got the ring. Alara was very flexible with us through all of it and we got the ring delivered overnight across the country without any hiccups.
And most importantly, the ring is beautiful and my fiance loves it!”

Repairs were done in a very timely fashion (each time they told me the amount of time it would take, and it was slightly less). Very happy with their service and jewelry repair expertise.”

The salesman was prompt, professional, and taught me an important life lesson through exemplary service. partway through helping me pick out a couple of items, I noticed a wealthy looking couple viewing expensive items and told the salesman it was OK to leave me for a bit to help them since I’m just buying a $100 ring. He told me I was an important customer and while this current sale is small, I could potentially become a lifetime customer if he earned my business. BOY, was he right! Today I run a biz myself and carry this with me when dealing with a sizes of customers. It has paid dividends. Hats off to Riddles for leaving a truly lasting impression I will never forget.”

“The two professional gentlemen…well they have placed batteries in 2 watches, one in a vintage Timex Mini camera clock. Perfect! I recently brought them a very cool mid century clock, I wanted the thing to work. Expertly replaced broken wind up back with a no tick battery powered replacement, and used original clock hands. They are true craftsmen at their work. And last year purchased a lovely mantle clock. Their store is chock full of amazing wall clocks, and lovely jewelry. Highly recommend!”
