JOANN Fabric and Crafts offers a wide variety of fabric to choose from. The service can be very knowledgeable, quick, and helpful, with staff going above and beyond. However, the location is sometimes pretty bare and messy, out of many things. It is becoming very difficult for customers as they never know if the store will be open during posted hours, with many instances of being closed. This lack of help and reliability is confusing and sad to see.
Cyndie was super quick, helpful, and on top of everything! She is very knowledgeable - a great help! Location has a wide variety of fabric to choose from as well.
