tell why I got here and hour and 30 minutes after opening and it’s still shut. If you’re understaffed or closed for whatever reason please communicate with your customers. The lights were on and everything but the gate shut. Sad and disappointed.

Staff is usually great, but the store is never open when it's supposed to be. There's giant signs out front that say store hours along with what's online but half the time it's just closed. Maybe schedule to be closed a couple days a week so you can staff and stay open reliably when you say you will?

Checked online and store said it closed at 5pm, I arrived at 4pm, and it was already closed for the night!

Always measure your online orders. Mine are short often by a whole yard or 2 and show up in several choppy pieces in several different shipments.

Open hours are too short. I live over 70 miles away and only get one day a month to come out here. I was planning on spending money. I can't now.
Guess I'll have to find somewhere that actually wants my money.

Waited in line to get fabric cut with 12 other people for 30 minutes without the line moving once. The guy at the counter kept asking for help no one came. I put everything back and decided to just get wrapping paper. I waited in the checkout line for for ten minutes before giving up completely

It's never open !! I've gone there at 12:30-2:00 and it's always closed, this past weekend they were open, I walked in and a very rude clerk said we close in 5 minutes then proceeded to follow me through each aisle !! Shelves were pretty scarce, very disappointed !! ?

I do lots of sewing. But it's becoming very difficult to get things accomplished when I never know if they are going to be open. How other craft stores are able to get employees but they are not is confusing. I can't even count the times I've gone during open hours and they are closed.
