We are beyond impressed with Denise and Karen’s level of customer service at the Kohls Sephora. I was in shopping today for perfume at Sephora, Denise was very knowledgable when it came to fragrances and was helpful when it came time to picking a scent. After picking a fragrance and other products, we had an issue with a coupon but Karen went above and beyond trying to find out why is did not work and solved the issue. Denise and Karen were very friendly and helpful! Will be back again! The Bozeman Sephora at Kohls is lucky to have them.

The staff at this Kohl’s are fine, there is no extraordinary customer service, they come in so their job and go home. I have never once had an employee ask me if I finding everything alright or even engage with me outside of checkout. They have good brands and the store is always clean, but it seems their prices are high just so they can “mark them down”. Store will get the job done but don’t expect anything extra.

I'm a longtime kohls fan. But the BZN store has a very unpleasant policy of relentlessly nagging a customer at the checkout counter. Maybe we don't want a Kohls credit card! 30% interest rate. The last time I shopped there I was asked 5 times, no lie , if I wanted a kohls card . No means No ! This ruins an otherwise pleasant shopping experience. We have other very nice stores across the street. They will get my business from now on

The Bozeman Kohls department store is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Lorraine is an exceptional sales and cash register clerk? making it somewhat fun in spending my money.

I have actually enjoyed my shopping trips to Kohl's in the past few trips !The only thing I did have trouble with was that there's no separation or signage in place for clothing. They said that they discontinued petite altogether for Sephora, which is slated for 2024.That will give them a huge new customer base that they could def use .I seen the store as clean as a whistle, even the bathroom !
