Chris and the team at Mattress Firm were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and accommodating right from the get go. My partner and I both have very different preferences / needs and he made every effort to make sure we had the right fit that worked for both of us - not an easy task!
All in all super thrilled with the entire experience and mattress that we went with. I would highly recommend shopping here - don’t waste your time looking around elsewhere. (You’ll end up right back here!)

Chris Navarro was super knowledgeable on all the different products and technology. He also had superb customer service. He wanted us to be completely happy with our experience regardless of if we bought from them or not. Chris was also up front and transparent on every aspect of the interaction.

Really great customer service. Staff here has great knowledge of the mattresses and explained the differences in them which helped us out alot when come down to picking out which one we wanted.
